I ordered some to-go 5ml [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and Turn Up the Heat and they arrived today which is actually pretty early (kudos to you guys)… Anyways, I open them and surprise! 3 little bottles?! You gave me a free instant shine that I never ordered! AND I payed for the cheap fed-ex mail and it arrived via DHL again Also, when I opened the order it smelled like one of the vials was leaking as I smelled the pheromone and cologne scent and it was lightly on the bottles. This one confused me a lot because none of them were missing any fluid, lol Did they get coated some how? Either way, no real complaints here just letting you know I think you may have made an error or two but you still have a very satisfied customer over here 🙂 I just let you know in case these really were mistakes so that you can try to fix whatever happened! ---

They didnt mess up. Jasmin likes to through little extras in once in a while. If thats a problem she can stop doing it 😛 The bottles didnt leak they spray the package with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) sometimes so you have a happy delivery. SteveO probably had it sent DHL because they dont use fed ex and the site wasnt changed yet so they footed the difference. Androtics likes to go above and beyond 😉 Tisha ---

In my last delivered order I had the P123 bottle which was completely wet with something, perhaps [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) like you said.. I thought it might have leaked somehow.. glad to see it was sprayed on purpose.. ---

I remember the first time I ordered. Jasmin gave me freebies and I thought they made a mistake. I walked around my room thinking what to do (should I be a honest person or just pretend they messed up). I called Jasmin and realized that it was a welcoming gift. I couldn’t thank her enough. ---

Ha!Ha! You thought they messed up but actually there’re a few real generous and kind people left in this world! When I first joined this forum a year ago, I ordered 3 To-Go bottles, my choice of shipping was the GPM, unfortunately the package never arrive till today. Jasmin re-shipped my order. To my surprise, she sent 13 types of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) using FedEx (9 full size bottles and 4 To-Go bottles)!🙂 I do not know anybody else in Androtics then, never had the opportunity to call them, but one thing I know for sure is Jasmin and Mr Harris are truly kind hearted people. Androtics is an awesome company, and it seems like everybody always puts forth a little more effort than any of us could ever expect, from the freebies included in our orders, to the pick-me-up sprays on the bubble wrap, to the sweet notes from the girls in shipping. SteveO’s done an awesome job handling the calls, and Jasmin’s always got some killer news or posts to offer. We as forum members really should feel privileged to be a part of the company. I am not aware of anywhere else that offers us not only the opportunity to be a part of research into an emerging science and technology, but wants us to be a part of it and truly values our input. Androtics is at the forefront of [pheromone](https://a314.com/) research, and we are all a part of it. For the opportunities they have afforded me, I am truly appreciative. ---

Ah we don’t think of anyone as customers. We look at as all of us just being friends. Thanks for the kind words everyone. Where we do try and include some goodies for everyone, please don’t feel left out if you happen to not get anything except what you ordered. It’s not a popularity contest of who our best friend is. We could never pick one friend over another, as each one of us adds something special and of value to the mix. Sometimes it’s simply logistics of getting orders out before the DHL dude shows up. ---

Yeah, the customer (or friend 🙂) service is unbelievably great! Jas made sure to send a whole order that got lost on the way again - worth 150$! Got a lot of freebies, too! Thanks a ton to all people involved!
