# Has anyone noticed and ill effects from the 4x Strength versions?

like from 4x IH, IO, IS?

I recall one member swearing by IH 4x, but was wondering if there were any negative effects like betaness.

I am using IH 4x and yeah it is working wonders. But that is in conjunction with 3 drops of A314, 1-2 Sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) 2X, and P83.

As far as IS 4x, I rarely ever use it because of the crash associated with it. I was getting used to it for awhile, then stopped and now have to get back to it and acclimated for the brain dance it gives me.

I think its also on your body chemistry and the reaction. Some need more some less, for me im going to swap my 1x for the higher because I dont see reaction with the small dose just increased smell as I add.
