Well if it did that to him I’m sure he also therefore sustained other life altering maladies that could potentially adversely effect him. Personally I’d rather stick to effort, perseverance and hard-work than a hard-knock any day. I’ve seen only bits and pieces of this movie but I’ve checked out it’s wiki to full in the gaps in the narrative that I had… I see what your saying. 🙂
