sometimes certain mones give me light headache. I’ve never actually though it was an OD because I have gotten good hits. I have a 30 mcgs of p83 that gives a headache, also the instant jerk. I think I can get the blatant hits I’ve gotten but in smaller doses. I’ll test tonight I’m see if I can get good hits without the headache or crash, by using 1/3 Ij and about 1/3 p83 If I was to get a drop of 30 mcgs p83, how strong would it be, and same for the ij ? Headaches can happen with many mones sometimes - and they can also be triggered by scents. Its certain scents like FF21 that do it for me most and I try to avoid them where possible but heavier doses of overt sexuals, plain Androstenone and high/prolonged doses of Nols can all set them-off but so long as its not happening all the time or with more normal doses, it should be ok/little to worry about, ---

MX297 seems to give me a headache after an hour or so. I’m not sure if it’s the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) or the scent. I’m fine with A314 oil, but it’s not nearly as strongly scented as MX297. If I were to get MX297 again I’d get it in the neroli scent I think. ---

They don’t customise scents for MX’s as often the scent itself is part of the overall package. Its consumer line and individually batched products like putatives and experimones that have the full choice of scents. ---

Right. I’m sure I read that [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) is in neroli under another MX name though? ---

Not that I’m aware of but it is in FF21as MX390 and there was a Stealth Diffusion trial as MX456. ---

MX390 is ok if you get-on with FF21. Its at 6%, so not as strong as Ammo and arguably better overall diffusion than MX297’s [Akuto](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/akuto/) scent. I’ve had very good results from, both although My greatest sucesses have been with the Akuto version. By the time MX456 came along, my osteoarthritis was getting bad, so I was much less able to throw myself into the all singing, dancing, party-mode that it does best with, so I dropped it in favour of other mix styles till my recovery is complete. ---

Yea my [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) is FF21 scented. I tried half spray of p83 and half of jerk. I didn’t get that annoying headache but about an hour after I applied it, I was sitting down reading the forum haha 😛 I got up and I got very light headed and kinda black out. It felt like huffing the air from whipping cream. It was kinda cool while it lasted. Other than that I didn’t get any headaches ---

Do you ever have issues with blood sugar? Some people have reported that certain pheromones can aggravate their blood sugar issues. Steroids can do the same thing. Getting dizzy while you stand up can also be an adrenal issue. Perhaps you should see your doctor about that. Used to happen to me a lot (I hadn’t yet gotten into pheromones at the time, though). Perhaps this happening to you while wearing pheromones might be coincidental. ---

I was thinking maybe it’s because I don’t eat, I forget to eat for hours on end. I’ve used pheromones before. I think its because the damn scent is so strong. Also my main application point is my neck. I will continue trying out in smaller dosage and different application points. ---

Especially if one of the molecules you’re wearing agitates blood sugar. One of the symptoms of low blood sugar is being overwhelmed or irritated by smells. Applying further away from your nose should help. But nothing will be more effective than eating! ---

Neroli is easily covered by almost anything else, even at quite hefty doses. ---

Mobo, I was thinking of getting some putatives . Would it be a good idea to get them all in 6% neroli, or have some putatives been show to work better with certain scents ? Thanks buddy. ---

Yes - Stick to 6% [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) till you have your dose ranges sorted as this has the widest possible range of appliction. That will make your life a lot easier. Once you know your doses, its up to you what scent you use but compared to (in order) FF21, 6% Neroli and 6% Akuto, they are all poorer diffusers. ---

Yes - but that’s entirely academic if its a scent you can’t use for other reasons and FF21’s strength makes it unlikely you could properly test over a reasonable dose range - esp with something like P83, which has a particularly wide usable range. [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) is only slightly behind it - and Akuto only a little behind that. So both are perfectly usable IRL. ---

Just today I put on only two squirts of IS on my chest, and, within a half of an hour, I had a – yes, mild – but distracting headache and nausea. I think it is because of just how powerful the scent is (it is very musky which, though pleasant, can be smothering at times). I think I will simply use less next time or try putting it on my forearms instead. ---
