Yesterday and today I got a headache after applying A314. Yesterday I used three drops. Today I used only two drops. These were not bad thumping headaches, more like annoying low pressure headaches. I see others in the forum using more. Is it possible that two drops is too much? I’m open to any comments concerning this. ☹

Some people get headachs with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). Try using 1 drop. They will probably go away after you get used to wearing them.

Remeber that even 1 drop of a314 is a substancial dose compared to what your body produces naturaly.

A314 headaches seem to be rare, but they do happen. Most people have headaches from the 'nols more than anything else… especially overdosing on a mix of alpha and beta. NONE can cause headaches, too.

I’m not privy to the formula for A314, but I’d guess you have a sensitivity to androstenol.

One drop of a314 is too much for me. I dilute with DPG (look under mixing supplies) down to 1:3.

ok … down to one drop it is. I might take the weekend off though. Two straight days of headaches is a drag.

When I initially started using pheromones here is a similar post on tummy aches that I associated with pheromone use.

[Sick to stomach](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/sick-to-stomach/2044)

I got over it, but just the same might help you out.

I don’t get headaches, but I feel kind of something in my head, but it’s kind of good somehow. I use ammo, IO, and IS 🙂

I’ve never gotten a headache while wearing A314 or any other [pheromone product](https://a314.com/shop/). However you may be sensitive to the scent. Some scents make me feel sick, especially strong women’s perfumes.

Maybe give yourself some time to adjust to the fragrance or the effects of the pheromones. I’ve had headaches come from pheromone use before. Starts off as heavy sensation in the sinus, and grows to a full-blown headache. Sucks.

I’ve never gotten a headache from any Androtics products. My godbrother (who has terrible tolerance to anything imaginable) got a sneeezing fit and a bad case of sinus pressure from whatever is sprayed in the bubble wrap of purchases. Not even he described a headache, though.

I’ve noticed a very mild headache tonight with my combo of one drop A314, 3x IS, and 2x [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). First time with the combo…good social results, but I was worried about the headache, even though it wasn’t horrible, just a mild fuzzy headache. Glad to hear they go away over time for some…I don’t do headaches well.

I get a low grade headache once in a while, near my sinuses but its mostly when I start using something new or when I use a really big dose of something. Once your body gets used to it they should stop.

Well I’m back to testing today … started out with one drop of A314 split on both wrists. The next two hours went well. No headache, that was a relief!

Similar here. I can’t last more than a few minutes inside some shops that sell scented candles etc. (like many Hallmark gift shopes). Nauseating…

Perfume/cologne shops are almost as bad. Even some perfume counters in stores are enough to make me hurry past holing my breath.

Even some home air fresheners can get me feeling woozy. One of the Oust fan diffuser refills I got early on when first opened was nasty enough that I decided to cover part of the wick to lessen the diffusion till it eased off a bit. (I since switched over to some refills designed for heated oil diffusers. Very little scent [enough to help cover the cat litter pan odors] but so little diffusion they last forever…)

Fortunately I’ve not had this kind of problem with most of the [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) out there I’ve tried, or the Love Potions scents. It’s possible the carrier makes things worse (as with the air fresheners above).

I _have_ felt a little “odd” when first testing some pheromone products, but it usually passes as I get used to it (a few days of use).
