It does have far reaching implications in that emotions can manifest in the physical… but I would say its logical, like for instance soldiers who experience fear and turmoil in their emotions from war can return home to have Post traumatic stress syndrome. Re living those experiences puts the body back into trauma.

What is compelling is if by using mones like Ishine to overcome depression, anxiety and the occasional heart-break (which all can be good in little dosages) is it possible we are hindering a natural cycle that could help us stave off longer, more pronounced bouts with the aforementioned? Something to think about and as such would like your feedback on 🙂

Well, the way I see it, anything that we do that is a creation of our own, used to go beyond what is naturally occurring, then unless we can learn to take breaks, we’ll be using mones as a crutch. So yes, I think they can be a hindrance in that case.

Depends if your positioning your thoughts in a healthy way or burring/suppressing them… but regardless of what you do to cheer yourself up I think its within the persons nature how they deal with hurtful memories. They would grieve the same either way.
