Hey how is everyone doing I am a 19 yr old male who is currently a sophomore in college and was in search of something new in terms of attracting women. I have dated some gorgeous/mediocre/goody/psycho and down to earth girls. But lately it seems that i have lost the touch and it seems that i am become more reserved maybe due to fear of rejection? I am looking for a girl to settle down with…I currently have not purchased any products. I was looking toward you guys to start me off with advice on which product would help the girls who are constantly exchanging i contact with me…an ice breaker helper lol. In need of your advice thank you for your responses in advance : ) ---

Welcome! A good choice for an icebreaker would be CTTM2. I have not gotten the chance to try it yet, but it is a favorite of alot of the users here. IO is another good choice as it promotes the amount of communication between two people. Either way, you should see an increase in ease with opening up on women and how they respond back to you. These are often referred to as the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/), and are great choices for beginners as the results are fairly obvious. ---

Welcome. Products with rone tend to be conducive to establishing long term relationahips. I’d suggest you try ig first. Later you might also want to experiment with a314. ---

Hello and welcome Well if the girls are giving you constantly exchanging looks go and talk with them. I am a big fan of CTTM! So with that on go and talk with those girls and have fun, It really helps getting people to chat. Also When they get [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) going again, sounds soon, I have had some good times with Ammo and CTTM. With you only 19 you want to go easy with the None which Ammo has. You produce a good bit of None at an age of 19 and too much you could have an ghost effect. Not good. Ammo is well buffered so also you might not have to worry? Test and have fun!!! ---

Thank you for helping start me off i plan to start a collection soon to see what works best. I will look into what you guys have mentioned. I am a very sociable person its just walking up to that girl you have been eyeing all night and actually starting a conversation. The thing is most of the girls i have began dating were because i was placed in situations where communcation will be inevitable for example mutual friends and sitting next to each other in class. I guess i have to man up also haha…once the conversation begins its cake for me. But like i said just going up to that girl across the room and striking the converastion is my weakness so hopefully these cologne’s give me that little push ---
