Hey everyone, I have been researching [pheromones](https://a314.com/) for a while but never actually bought any due to extreme speculation. After finding this forum its really making me believe that they work due to the high amount of positive feedback. I’m 20 year old male living in NJ/Philly area. I’m not the most confident person and i do have some social anxiety especially with the really good looking ladies.. i feel like alot of times i stumble over my words and get into that awkward silence pretty quickly when trying to talk to girls i dont know or girls im trying to get with. I’d say I’m an average looking guy i know im not ugly but i know im not brad pitt.. I was always able to do pretty good with the girls in highschool but i feel like i fell into a little bit of a slump with my love/sex life… i would liek to use the pheros to help myself talk to girls easier, have better conversations, and also if i could get some ammo or tuth to make myself seem more attractive i think thats what im looking for… There is always a certain girl i talk to that i would like a long term relationship wiht but i also like to go out to parties/bars/shows (im in a band) just to find some hookups. I think that A314, IShine and either tuth or ammo would be my best bet but Im just a newbie here lol ---

Hello my friend and welcome to the forum!🙂 You are in the right place. As you are looking for some help with initial conversation with girls and people in general i would recommend to start with basic products like Instant Shine, and instant openness. Both are great products. Also instant honesty . (one of my favorites) for attraction I would recommend Ammo. it is great product to wear in many different situations. You are quite young and already producing lot androstenone, so Ammo would be definedly better to start than TUTH. I havent got any experience with a314 but i believe it to be great product. Still you could consider [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) instead of A314. IG is more easy to wear, specially if you are targeting to girls in your age. ---

thanks for the replies guys is there anyhting else i should add to qualify for the 25$GC?.. one thing i did forget to add is that i think i am one of the more shy people i usually always like to wait for girls to approach and talk to em but i know that i have to also play my part to for these pheromones to work especially i think im going to start out with either… IO IH and Ammo or tuth, unless anyone realy thinks for my scenario i should scratch some of the few and go for A314 ---

A314 is really more for confidence and respect at work, though it can sometimes be used socially if correctly softened with the right social phero. TUTH is best used in already sexually charged situations, in a nightclub, or with a girl who is ready to take things to the next level. My advice is to stick with IO, IH and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), learn how to use them properly, and then go from there. 🙂 ---
