I’m a 17 year old male from New york. I’ve been pondering on the idea of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and its beneficial effects for a while. Then recently the topic of pheromone came up at school. So figuring that it’s pretty known, I did some research and was extremely excited that I found this site…The Largest Pheromone community. For starters, I’ve decided to try something light but I have not come to a strong decision yet. I’ve been having a crush on this girl since Valentine’s day. We’ve gotten pretty close, but as a naturally timid skinny guy I lose confidence as soon as I try to … talk about “the topic.” Did I mention i was 5"9 and about 101 LBS !!! \<– Yes I am extremely skinny. Any suggestions for a pheromone in my situation? I don’t think something strong like Ammo? ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I agree with you that Ammo might be a little too heavy but then again maybe not. If you do not want to try Ammo you could certainly give InstantGentleman a shot. It is one of my favorites. It will give you a cool, smooth vibe. It may also make you seem a little older than you are. I eould use this as a base. Read the thread in my signature block about [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) for a little more info on this product. If you know her pretty well I would recommend IH. It will help even deeper create feelings of connection and hence deeper conversations. And this feeling of connection may be what she is looking for. After that you may want to consider IShine. Hi and welcome! Don’t even worry about “the topic” at this point in your relationship. Girls need to feel respected and truly cared about first. They need to know that you care about them as a person (and not just as someone to have sex with) and they need to feel that they can trust you and feel safe with you. Don’t rush it, just be yourself, and get to know her, and let her get to know you. Bosshank gave you some excellent recommendations. Ammo may indeed be a bit heavy, especially for your age (and for her age, assuming she is around your age). “The topic” As in…“Do you like me back?” kind of thing. Sry for any misintepretations, but personally I never had any sexual intentions to start with. More of like a I want to adore you, care for you, be with you type. ---

If you are feeling nervous about asking it, then it is not the right time. If you ask that too early, and she is not yet sure of her feelings, it may put her in an uncomfortable position of possibly having to hurt your feelings, and you could lose her (on a mere technicality). ---

Hey there Mikey 🙂 Welcome to Pherotalk Your 17 and AMMO should be fine for you for attraction and interest. I also suggest since your shy some IO to help increase social interaction. While IG is great and something to consider I am leaning more towards AMMO. Now is there a reason your underweight or are you just built that way ? Time to beef up some boy. Haha, I see. AMMO. Well I am skinny by nature. I do work out, drink plenty of milk, and protein shakes. So far, only my muscles are toned out (Not that i have much anyway), but no muscular growth that I’ve noticed. So I guess…I’m like this naturally.
