Hey all, My name is Nate and I’m 29 years old. I live in the mountains of Western North Carolina for the time being and own a construction business. This area is fairly remote and the social scene is far from what I’m accustomed to experiencing. Its a vacation resort area and definitely picks up in the summer though. I think what I’m looking for is products that would increase interaction with those that I meet both for dating and for prospective clients. I am branching out into a somewhat different line of work as well and would like to convey more openness and a sense of trust that I hope would increase sales. Any help would be appreciated. Hi Nate, welcome to the forum! This is a really awesome place, you’ll have so much fun chatting to people and learning about phero’s. Would you mind telling us a bit about yourself? How would you describe your personality? Outgoing, a bit on the shy side, in between? Don’t worry, we aren’t just being nosey…..knowing a bit more about you will help point us in the right direction when recommending phero’s for you to try. If you are looking for phero’s for general social situations and work then there’s plenty to choose from. If you are looking to improve communication in general then **Instant** **Openness** is a great choice. IO helps increase the _quantity_ of communication both in yourself (depending a bit on where you apply it) and those around you. It makes people more relaxed and chatty around you. For business situations the forum favourite is **A314**. It will give you a very much “The Leader” or alpha male type vibe. It works best for those who are already quite confident and can pull of the alpha vibe. It can however create some respect distance or intimidation so it’s best used in combination with a social phero like IO or [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). So tell us a bit more about yoruself and we’ll be able to give you a bit more specific advice…and it’ll help you qualify for the GC 🙂 ---

Hi Nate, and welcome! Xiphoid mentioned exactly what I would have suggested also, A314 and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). Though I would also consider Instant Honesty, so that people feel comfortable opening up to you a bit more. But to make the most accurate recommendations, we need to know a bit more about your personality and how you get along with others. ---

I’m a fairly confident person, but not as open or talkative as I would like to be. For instance, I tend to more often hang out with friends that are social and naturally draw people to them. Not my strong side. Unless I’m around the right people and in the right frame of mind, I can often be somwhat withdrawn and closed. That happens usually with people I don’t know or rarely hang out with. I still meet plenty of new people and can experience some great conversations but not as many as I would like to. I feel like more of a leader than a follower and do well in that department on the business side of things, but in social interaction whether it’s business or not, I’m not where I’d like to be. That would be charm and an outgoing personality. ---

For business, A314 with some Instant Honesty/[Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to soften it and make you more approachable. For dating and more social things, Ammo is a great all around product. Instant Shine will add a positive vibe that will give you a “lift” and improve your spirits, as well as the moods of the people around you. ---

Hello Nate and welcome to the forum. As has been pinted out, A314 is the product for work. it will give you a strong alpha leader kinda vibe - but you will have to act congruent with it or people will ignore the phero and treat you however. One of the potential downsides to A314 is what I call respect distance. People will sometimes give you a lot of room out of respect. It can really cut down some on discussion. To offset that I use IH. It helps generate feelings of connection and as a result conversations about whatever the other person feels is important. You will still be a strong elader, but one people feel a little more connected to. I know some folks use IShine instead of IH for this same basic effect. After that you could also try [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). It has enough none in it to let the ladies know you are interested but it is balanced enough you can wear it anywhere you would wear cologne. It pairs very nicely with A314 for evening wear. There is a thread in my signature block about combining the two. Let us know what you decide to do and how it goes for you. ---

Bosshank and Sillykitty gave you some great advice there, Nate. I can’t think of anything else to get your phero “arsenal” started off on the right foot. A314, Ammo, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), and Instant Shine will get you far, I think. It’s definitely a good place to start for work as well as social situations. When you get your products, experiment with each one separately though until you get a feel for how much you need, where to apply, and what kind of results you can expect. That way, when you start combining them into your own little “mixes”, you’ll know which product does what and can tweak it accordingly. With any of the products, start out with one spray (or 1 drop as in the case of the A314) and work up from there. Day 1, 1 spray. Day 2, 2 sprays. And so on, noting self-effects as well as effects on those around you. You’ll eventually find your “sweet spot” where you’re getting the quality of and quantity of hits that you’re wanting. Also, A314 and Ammo contain a pheromone called Androstenone which can be a little “sticky” and can have the potential for a build-up effect so you may want to apply it to application points other than your hair, where build-up can occur easily because of the nature of the hair follicle. Instant Honesty and Instant Shine can be sprayed in the hair, however, as the hair is a great diffuser for these products. Another word to the wise: most use only a drop or two of A314 so a little goes a long way. If you use more than that and start to notice a DECREASE in approachability, or NO approachability (ghosting-effect), then could be you’ve used too much. You’ll just have to experiment to find what works best for you. Good luck Nate! ---
