Hello Pherotalk Referred to by a family member so I’ve been researching [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and all that lately I am a young adult age 19 hoping to ramp up my everyday life at school and when I am out 🙂 Been looking closely at the A314+TUTH as a daily combo and I really need advice or other combinations that would suit me Thanks, Australia ---

Hi luke,welcome to the phero palace 🙂 U could tell us a lil bit more about yourself,such as your background,ur targets,ur goals,what u hope to achieve with pheros,what kind of person u are…u know,stuff like that. Ur idea of combo is a great one,thou im not so sure it would be suitable for mornin usage. Those two are really potent molecules,and from my experience i can tell u that the kind of buffering a314 needs might not be tuth. U could use ammo instead,or try gentleman,or leave 314 alone (at ur risk). U know,u have endless possibilities and its all up to u to decide which way to head for. Feel free to ask any question,cos u will surely find an answer in here,as it is a big family. Im sure someone will have a proper answer,exactly what u were lookin for. My brother and I had been sharing AMMO but it doesn’t seem any fun… Not sure about Instant shine as he owns it as well but keeps it hidden somewhere I know that A314 and TUTH can be quite intimidating to quite a number of people but my decision is based on my personality and well I think these bottles would work on me My personality is quite loud however I’m able to keep shut and stay on task on whatever I want or should be doing. The problem is because people around me know that I am really friendly I lack the seriousness When it comes to attracting girls however I am physically confident however I am lacking seductive conversation skills, which I am find with as moving forward with people comes naturally with me somehow anyway. ---

If you are lacking conversational skills, then A314/TUTH is not really for you as it is liable to make your task a lot harder. This is a mature/no-nonsense sex combo that delivers its best on mature adults - Most usually late 20s/around 30 and over in strongly sexual/uninhibited environments. At your age, something more social and engaging might be more the thing, although [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) backed by a **small** amount of A314 is viable at your age but IG, IO, IH and Instant shine may be far more useful products overall. With a little TUTH on hand for night time use. 🙂 ---

Yes, IG can be very good indeed around young Asian women. Use it as the primary and keep any Androstenone products in a very much secondary role - or use P75 instead. P75/IG and P75/[MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) are two I’ve found to do well around Asian/younger women who tend to balk at overt Androstenone products. Start with the 2.5mcg concentration for P75 as high doses can get uncomfortable. ---
