Hello, firstly I’ll get this out of the way… I’ve heard of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) before but always immediately laughed off their development, sale and successful use as a complete scam. However I will be honest, I’ve been genuinely surprised to discover that there is such a large and active community here discussing pheromone use. For me that does lend credence to the idea they might actually work 🙂 I’ve been drawn here because part of my relationship is on the rocks and I’m interested if pheromones can help. The emotional connection between my partner and I has frayed over the last twelve months and this has led to a point where she has suspended physical contact. We are committed to fixing the relationship and there has been no infidelity. We rest in the same bed every night and enjoy warm conversation before going to sleep, I’m allowed to cuddle her but nothing else and as you might be able to empathise, this situation is killing me! I am desperate for her to want me again and restart physical contact but currently my advances would not be reciprocated. We have enjoyed amazing sex these past ten years and I am longing for that side of our amazing relationship to return. Hello user\_616, Welcome! You are sure in the right place. I did the same thing with pheromones when I first saw an AD that promises the world and it does not quite work like the way they advertise as there is no 1 product that does everything. The very best bet is to look at the **Men’s Ultimate Kit** as you get everything from the instant line for your goals. This way there is no guess work as you get everything to try and at a discount. I will still break some of them down that I think will help you to start with so you can decide in the end what really is best for you and your budget. **Ammo** I would start with this one for day to day and general use around her. For attraction and works for day use to not just bars and clubs. Very balanced with [pheromones for attraction](https://a314.com/product-category/sensual-pheromones/)/status/ and really important here comfort/talking. A perfect standalone and would start with this one. **IH** More a social, but this is extremely important and what I would do is use this one for the special times when you do cuddle with her as it promotes bonding/deep connections and will help get the true feelings out of her and any underlying problems in the relationship. Thanks for your fast reply and detailed break down. I must admit I find it hard to understand how all these different products can be so finely-tuned toward specific situations. I have read a lot about the Ammo and TUTH, they seem to be highly rated. Could you explain how applying the TUTH [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) too early could translate into “coming on too strong”? It seems hard to believe that she could she feel threatened or uncomfortable if I simply wore a pheromone early, can they be really that powerful? Thanks 🙂 ---

TUTH screams “let’s get it on now” and it works and extremely well don’t get me wrong. It is just a very intense sexual is all and would build up to it. You probably have more lead way with it being that she should be more comfortable with you after all these years compared to say someone that wore TUTH meeting a woman on a blind date. Okay today I ordered a bottle of: Ishine, IH, AMMO and TUTH. I thought it best to test slowly and carefully - one product/spray at a time to effectivity measure effectiveness? I plan to wear Ishine first, then IH, then possibly a combination of the two for daily use. AMMO I will leave for a while and test separately - because she is adverse to the sexual at the moment I want to build on the above first before throwing any “sexy” mones into the mix. If it does produce positive results I will try out all three for daily wear. TUTH I want to be careful with and test at an even further stage. A good time could be after returning home from a nice drunken night out and just seeing how she reacts. Any feedback, suggestions, improvements you folks can think of regarding this early strategy haha 🙂 ---

This sounds like a good plan to m we. I would wear the Ammo around here so you dont end up in the friend zone. I would wear this around her mainly because IH solo can put you farther back in the friendzone using it solo and you will need the Ammo to have the attraction with it. Keep us updated!
