Helllo everyone, My name is Josh and I am new to this forum and new to mones completely. Never really heard of them nor used them before. I heard about them from a friend, he didn’t really give me to much detail into what they are all about. So I decided to doo some more research myself I liked seeing some of the responses other people have gotten. My girlfriend and I have recently decieded to split up(just wasn’t working out) so i have been out of the dating scene for quite some time. I’m 24 (male) now and I have had a gf since I was 16 (not the same one longest was 5yrs) so I haven’t really had much experiance with chatting up the ladies. I’m a pretty shy guy so its tough to even say hi to a pretty girl let alone try to hit on her. So that’s why I’m here. I’m hopping that these mones will help me be a little more successful at hooking up with some pretty ladies maybe even help me find mrs. Right? I have recently just ordered some of the ammunition (in the battle of the sexes) from [androticsdirect.com](http://androticsdirect.com) and was wondering if that’s gonna be a good starter for me. Well I hope this is good enough to get gc I would love to try out some other products! ---

Hey and welcome Josh dont worry too much about it, single ftw! 😃 keep your freedom 🙂 To get rid of the shyness, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and after some time IG will help (IG if you feel fairly confident, combine both then if you wish). There’s plenty of stuff to read about them 🙂 Also with IShine for some sparkle and IO to help you talk to strangers (melt the ice) you’re doing nothing wrong! by the way, is your friend AD customer too? Hi Josh - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Yes, Ammo is a good start that is entirely viable for your age and intentions. You may however want to consider steering/moderating it with any of the following: IS - Happy/feelgood/easygoing/socially confident. IO - Bright and bubbly social - helps promote flowing conversation and makes approaching easier and you to be more approachable. IG - Smart/smooth/suave with lots of status. Helps make a good and very smart impression. Also conveys good LTR qualities but in the most sociable manner. A314 - OK, you are still on the borderline for this but mid twenties and a careful dose is into the range where its more severe/capable/commanding status is becoming very appealing to a lot of women. Conveys excellent LTR qualities but can be seen as a bit too serious/LTR-minded to younger/immature ones. ---

got my ammunition, instant shine, and turn up the heat which should i try first? or which would you guys recommend? ---

My greatest results came from IShine and Tuth (if I had to pick from your list) while Ammunition had and still has subtle to no effects for me; It totally depends on the user, just stick with one until you’re done sweet spot testing or test another dosage of another mone daily but keep the journal up to date so you know what you have yet to try out. If you check my journal you’ll see that I have mix cross tested the mones but in the end I had the journal - sweet spot section complete as I did it with some system. Enjoy! ---

Still testing no great results to report though instant shine seems to make me feel pretty good a bit more chatty and daring. So maybe that alone will help me out. Haven’t really had a chance to test out ammunition or tuth. But I have a kind of hang out / date with a girl this weekend I’m not sure what I should use though I really like this girl and I don’t want to mess things up. What should I do? I only have instant shine tuth and ammunition. What would be the best combo or even stand alone to really getnher to open up and be comfortable around me( she’s pretty shy) any advice would be greatly appreciated! ---

All 3 combined, basically - if she is comfortable with having sex with you yet. If not, leave the Tuth out (you may as well add it later). The problem is that you don’t really know your sweet spot for them yet, if the dosage isn’t right it might have no effect or an OD effect. ☹ But if you were familiar with how the mones work/feel and how much to apply, I’d use Ammo+Shine or all 3. ---

Yes and No, the chance to OD there go towards zero but the dosage for Ammo or IShine might be too low to help you get the desired effects. Ammo 1 spray might be OK, IShine usually needs more than just one from my experience. Imo you should sweet spot test each of them before mixing.
