I love A\*Men and Hanae Mori as well. Infact Hanae Mori is my SOTD 🙂

The scents are added to aid in diffusion and to create a good sillage so that other people get a whiff of you and can track the scent back to the wearer. There is some explanantion here: [Experimone Neroli scent add-on question?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/experimone-neroli-scent-add-on-question/136)

The readymade tested products are all scented for that reason. However, users who have lot of experience under their belt with mixing pheromones and colognes do tend to buy the unscented ones from the experimone format and mix it with their own colognes. However, this is not an easy thing to get right when you are just starting out. So, it’s your decision if you want to go that route. But I will suggest going with tried and true first and once you build some understanding then go for your own mixing.

Your choices of TUTH and IShine look good for your first purchase. They have a huge fan following here and you will see them recommended quite often. Start low on TUTH though and be careful with work applications as it gives a sexual vibe which maynot be appropriate for the workplace. IShine is good everywhere!
