My name is Patti and I am a newbie to the “mones” lol I am 22, Married two years now and on our second child lol. I am in Arizona and probably always will be. I love it here. I have never used them but i’ve read alot already on the forums about them and I am very curious. I tried to buy some however my husband failed to tell me he pulled money out of the bank and there isn’t any left lol. So eventually I will. I posted one question though. Is this stuff safe to use while pregnant? I am 7 1/2 months pregnant right now and I don’t want to harm the baby. I have a feeling this stuff isn’t like arousal gels or stuff your get at adult stores. Those you can’t use while preggie. But i would really appreciate it if someone could let me know on this. If I have to wait to use it then se be it lol. 😕 I don’t know a whole lot about them, Just what i’ve read. I once was searching ebay for a bra when I was younger. Maybe when I was 16 and I saw “[Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)” on there. I had no idea what they were and at 16 i didn’t really care. But being married and older I decided to investigate it today. It seems rather interesting. I don’t know anyone personally who uses them. Or if I do they havn’t told me. I am mainly just looking to spice things up a bit sometimes with my husband. There is nothing wrong in that arena and we’re doing just fine. But we’re always looking for something “extra”. So in that, I am willing to give these a shot! I might become addicted. It seems quite a few in here are! Can anyone suggest a good brand to buy? I found this website while searching for “Essense of a Woman”. But noticed there are others as well. Any suggestions? Thanks! ---

Hey Patti! Welcome to the wonderful world of pheromones. This site is an EXCELLENT resource and I’m sure you’ll be able to spend hours and hours here reading about all kinds of information and personal experiences. I have logged some serious hours on here already and it just makes me want to keep reading more. From everything I’ve read so far, using these while pregnant should not be dangerous. Actually, during your pregnancy you’re pumping out a ton of EST which is a pheromone used to keep men calm while helping women thru their pregnancy. A good place to ask this specific question though is in the Pheromone Theory forum - [Pheromone Theory at PheromoneTalk.com](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/pheromone-theory/) I’m sure the people who frequent there can lend some extra insight Maybe you could tell us a bit more about yourself (personality wise) so we can help to direct you to some of the pheros that might be useful? You mentioned your husband and the ‘little bit extra’ to spice things up. There’s some awesome female 'mones that may be fun to play with. The [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) line (both a and b) are geared towards that. What other things do you do as in hobbies or interests? Also, what’s your social level like? Are you an avid social butterfly or more of a laid back wallflower? Hi patti, Welcome to the forum 🙂 It’s fine to use phero’s whilst you are pregnant, but we generally recommend that once you’ve had your baby you (and your hubby) give the phero’s a rest for at least 6 months or so to allow your baby to bond with you and your natural phero signature 🙂 What are you hoping to achieve with phero’s? Anything besides spicing things up with the other half? ---

As far as my personality goes for me it really depends on the person or group or people I am with. I tend to react to others moods. I much prefer to be spontaneous and laughing about somehting. I like having a good time. But if I don’t feel comfortable enough in a group of people I will just sit and be quiet. If I attempt to start something and get no reaction. I will stop. But around the special few, I can have people in stitches. Thos e people I love hanging around. It makes me feel good lol. As far as hobbies… Well reconnecting with people via the net. Outdoor activities are a must. I enjoy fishing, camping everything. But I like being a girly girl alot. Mainly cause my husband likes it. But he also likes the fact I can go out with him camping and not worry about “getting my nails done” or something. We live on a 50 acre ranch. Shared with a few other family members. We kinda split the land up and made the payment each month even lower. Horses are my life, I’ve had them a few years ago but had to get rid of them due to expenses. But my husband finally got another. But he isn’t the first to the ranch. We live in open range so there are random cows that wander thru lol. There are goats, chickens, multiple horses. And i’m sure more horses on the way. My husband and I both come from christian backgrounds and we both are as well. We met at church but we’re not INSANELY strict. We have our morals etc… We were each others first for everything. And um … well… We totally enjoy that area of the relationship. We’ve spent a couple thousand dollars at the Castle store (huge adult store) here in Phoenix now. lol I thought trying pheromones would maybe aid in our “Activities”. Also I noticed they are for more than just that. So maybe for other situations not related to that. Thank you both for the response of the pregnant bit. That concerned me. So Thank you!! 😃 ---

Welcome!. I don’t know a lot about the womens pheros but from what I’ve noticed not all of the products are just for attracting or turning on. Some are just to give you more confidence, or to put people at ease so they can open up… both of which can certainly help attract or turn on… but it’s all how you use them! good luck! ---

Awesome! Thank you for sharing so much with us. I think a couple of the simple socials would make you even more glowing in social situations. Things like Instant Shine and Instant Openness impart a great open and feel good vibe. This may help to break through those situations where someone is kind of unresponsive or in a not so great mood. They definitely help bring the vibe up with people. One of the other socials is Instant Honesty, which makes people feel more at ease and comfortable with you. I think this may have some awesome applications inside of your relationship if there are some things you feel may be troubling you and/or your husband. This can also be good for those people that you can’t quite crack through also. I used to live in AZ (Apache Junction) and my family is still there. I definitely know about the Castle store in Mesa haha. One note of advice, due to the high heat and dry conditions, the sprays may have a slightly limited effect. This could be negated if you have a swamp cooler and keep things at a normal humidity inside. I know a lot of the business out there try to not let things get too dry inside also, so it may not be a huge issue. Oils are normally suggested by the site for the more arid climates. For something to ramp things up a bit in the ‘relations’ department… you can definitely look into the Instant Sexiness line. Maybe you want to put across a more dominant vibe with the hubby… go with IS A… or more playful and kittenish.. go with IS B. remember though… the pheros are just a tool for the user to work with. they’re not going to instantly change things for you without some experimentation and studying… which is why it’s good to keep a journal/log of these things and do self tests to see how you react yourself to them. =) ---
