Hey there, I’m 29 years old male from NY city and I’ve heard alot of great things about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) from a few buddies and thought I would try it after being curious about them for a while. I’m trying to do well in the business world and find the right girl in my life. This year I’m trying to redefine myself with a new image of strength, confidence, and personality which will allow me to advance in the business world and social settings. I’m a relaxed type of guy who knows how to fun in social settings but may seem to be the nice guy more often than not. I’m looking to increase the edginess and confidence in order to command the attention and respect. I’m thinking of starting with Alpha 314 alone for the business setting and networking with key people. As for the social setting, I will be adding 1 spray or 2 of turn up the heat to the Alpha 314 to get the added sexual tension in the bar or lounge scene. Hey ytewoldeberhan, welcome! Did your buddies mention this place or was it there secret and you found it on your own? I think they have a referral bonus system so if they are on here you guys should set that up. I’m thinking that A314 will help with your goals, to help it be more friendly you may want to try IS or to build more of a connection with your customers IH. But still good on its own. As for the bar scene, ammo is the more social variant of TUTH. The difference is that TUTH is more raw cave man sexual energy where ammo is more approachable with is key in meeting new people. Hello and welcome to the forum! Thanks for your introduction! A314 is great for work situations. If you want to tame it down a bit you can use IS or IH with it like TwistedOstrich suggested. I also agree that you should start with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) instead of TUTH. Ammo is safer to use but still potent and sexual. TUTH suits well for bedroom situations. When used in social situations it should be buffered with social mones. moko ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Ytewold! You received some good suggestions as to what to use. Changing yourself or should I say developing is not an easy process and it will take time. More than 90% of the men on this forum came here for that very reason so they can be a lot of help in terms of that.
