Hey my name is Brian, and I am very interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), I live in the east coast of Canada. Never heard of pheromones until now, and been reading through journal entries, and they look amazing, however I’m still skeptical. I’m hoping to get that 25 gift card to teat some out. I’m wondering if it’s best to get moons that compliment ur good qualities, or weak ones, or both!? This forum looks cool, I think I’ll stay ---

Hey Brian welcome to the forums, Mones work best to amplify what is already there in your personality, but they also work to help you work on your imperfections that you find about yourself. They can help in areas like lack of confidence, or anxiety in approaching or breaking the ice. They have many uses and to best assess your needs its important for you to provide the additional information like falcos said. Welcome to the forums! I’m glad you’ve decided to give pheromones a shot. Like falcos and Katalyst said, just remember that mones are not a magic spray! They cannot create an entirely new personality, they only enhance it. If you sit and sulk in the corner, no amount of [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will make you seem personable. That said, please tell us a little bit more about yourself. This will not only help us give you some good recommendations, but it will get you qualified for the $25 gift certificate as well. Well I’m 20 years old. I have a girlfriend, and am very happy with her. I guess I was thinking I could use some of the pheromones for use, but also interested in trying them out in the wild haha. Like I said I’m a skeptic, but optimistic. And want to really try them out. I’m told i"m funny, but often stay “the friend”. It often takes me 2-3 times meeting the person before I’m loose, and myself with them. And I guess I do get anxious those first few meetings. ---

Hi Brian and welocme to the forum. For when you are with your girlfriend I would use IH. This phero is great at deepening the quality of conversation and creating intimacy. To get things more physical I would go for TUTH to get her sexually aroused. When you are out in the wild I would go for [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). This is the best stand alone for attraction. With this phero you will also have more confidence and approachability. I hope this helps. Mackie ---

I guess I’m confused on AMMO. The instant line is very clear on what the desired effect is, while AMMO is more vague. From what I hear it’s more well rounded? Also another quick question. If I dislike the scent. Can I cover it up with another cologne? Or does that effect the pheromones. ---

Ammo is one of the instant line products. It is more subtle than TUTH. TUTH shouts sex while Ammo whispers it in a sexy non threatening way. It is a very versatile pheromone and can be used in most environments. To get the most from the self effects spray it on the front of your neck and chest. To effect people more spray it on your wrist or back of the neck. Welcome to Pherotalk Brian! The guys already gave you some great suggestions. Thanks for the additional information about yourself. It is hard for us to steer you in the right direction when you are so vague about what you want to use pheromones for. It’s all good, some people are just curious and want to test these out and so the product suggestions you received are right on the ball. I encourage you to read the sticky’s in the men’s section and research more about pheromones before you use them. YOUR GC IS ON IT’S WAY! ---
