> Thanks for that I’ve been reading all the reviews, so many to choose from though so I am a little confused. The person I am after is in a band, lead singer so rockstar kinda guy. So I guess that would make him pretty confident, although he doesnt seem cocky and is very nice to talk to. I am a pretty straight forward kinda person but when it comes to guys I tend to give out the hints and let them come to me unless I am sure they are interested. I’m not a one night stand kinda girl but at the same time if that were to work the best I probably wouldnt knock it back lol although I would much prefer something more. Also since I am new to all this just wondering how you use it and if i use perfume over the top? Thanks again

Hi Juliedude, I think Astrea answered your question on whether you need to use perfume over it. On how to use them, read on! We need to find our “Sweet Spot” for each pheromones. This is not the area of where we should spray the pheromones (that was my first thought when i read the term!). It is finding out how many sprays work _best_ for us. Too little and we see no effect, too much and people will get negative reactions. Here’s a great post on how to find our Sweet Spot : [How to find your sweet spot… - PheroTalk Pheromone Research Forum](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/how-to-find-your-sweet-spot/22146/1) Then we also need to find out what’s the best application method. Should we spray over our hair? Use them like a traditional perfume and dab on our wrists and/or neck area? Here’s a post by the amazing Tisha on various application methods (depending on whether and kind of phero u are testing out) [Tisha's application tips](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/tishas-application-tips/12657) Hope this helps =)) I’m so happy to be able to help as the girls here made me feel so welcome!
