Well I have been reading up on [pheromones](https://a314.com/) for about a week or so and thought I would jump in and say Hi! From what I can see there is a high percentage of young people out there. So… I’m a 56 year old white male, pretty good shape 6’4" and 225 lbs. pretty active with a lot of hobbies. What can pheromones do for me and will I have to order them in the gallon size bottles? 😃 Where should I start and what recomendations would you all have? Ken ---

Welcome aboard, you old geezer! You’re going to have fun. Read over the sticky posts in the men’s forum, starting with the bootcamp post. Remember that they’re written by and mostly aimed at younger guys though. You probably want to pick up to-go bottles of: Turn Up The Heat instant shine Instant Openness Instant Honesty [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) Instant Jerk Regular size bottles of A314 Instant Gentleman Ammo is up to you, but it’s mostly a young guy’s product. Once you’ve played around with those you’ll have a good idea of what’s possible, and the world of pheromones will be your playground. ---

Gone with the wind has mentioned some great products but I’d have to say that ammo isn’t always for us young guys since older men tend to have a decrease in none production so it might be useful to you but tuth would most likely be best since it is more concentrated none whereas ammo has a buffered formula to counteract cases of overdose ---

I’m not sure gallon sizes are available yet!😛 I’ve found that TUTH is a good base product for me, only 2 sprays of the regular strength seem to make a good mellow feeling all around. Of course, I’ve also got Spaceland and some of the experimental stuff, too, but I’m not into the heavy mixes like some of the group. Just looking to have some fun and maybe see some interesting reactions.🆒 Good luck and let us all know what you learn! ---

I passed 56 a while back. Ammunition is just fine, although I can’t say I have any “jump your bones” results as yet. IMO Androstenone is overrated, but you may find [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) “just right.” A314 may be more up your alley. I also find IFM nice to have in the arsenal. P74, the “I want ot be with you” / “cool dude” product may be one to try as well. Openness and Honesty may be something to try as well. Grab the small “To Go” sizes until you find out what works for you. Us old farts need all the help we can get. ---

If you are directing that question at me I’m aiming for age of about 35 on up. I have some Meo-EST but have yet to see anything from it, although I haven’t used it much. My next two projects arefor a funeral next week, and maybe trying a shot at a local singles (over 30) meetup group. ---

Hi Ken Welcome to the forum 🙂 Tuth would be great to start with. I would just like to add that you should add at least 1 social mone to your product list like IO Instant shine or CTTM. Its just my personal opinion but I always feel its best to pair them after you have tested them out by themselves. The social mone to make them feel comfortable and open up and the sexual type mone to turn them on. 😉 Have fun Tisha
