# Hello! Ammo and TUTH advise please. 43 year old, Male, in Canada new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) I have being using Ammo and TUTH for about a month now and I don’t think I have noticed any type of hit from either, I have even combine both a couple of times with nothing. I started with a single spray of Ammo and by the end of the week testing this I was using 5 spray and still nothing. Then I changed to TUTH and did the same thing. Without any self-effect or hit I decided to use 2 spray of each and still nothing. What could be the problem? I also have A314 and the few times I have used it I can feel my confidence rise, I am smooth, and ?am the man kind of feeling?. Also I also notice a couple of people showing respect, been helpful etc? Just frustrated that this other 2 doesn’t work for me ---

Remember pheromones aid. I can use tuth my wife can enjoy the smell but if i dont initiate nothing will happen. Also, TUTH should be used when repore is established. So using as an automatic pickup not effective. Ammo will work but you have to assert yourself and grab the oppertunities. AMMO is like oil to your engine. it will help start it and keep it going but you the driver must control it ---

Can you tell us the sort of environments,/temperatures, you have been using them in, what application points, any other cosmetic/hair/scented products and if you have been making the effort to meet/engage/challenge people. Mones don’t really work in isolation from your personality - you can get the odd exception but mostly you do need to work them a llittle. Also, at 42 if you are using the standard (1x) product for each, I would expect you to need a larger rather than smaller dose as our None output falls with age, but by 5 sprays [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), I would expect you to see something. Similarly TUTH - I would expect more than two sprays as your base dose and possibly much more if it was an uninhibited environment/similar aged women as these tend to encourage responses to more rubust doses. This is the reason why the 2x versions are often advisable for over 30s. AD’s warranty is good, so if you contact them, they will refund you properly but if you are willing to work with them, they will often send you an alternative product/dose but still keep the refund option if that fails to do better. 🙂 ---

Thank you for your response. I have been using Ammo to work, the mall, hockey game, the bar and a friends event. Tuth I tested at the bar couple of times and then I tried with Ammo for a few more. From reading through the thread here I have tried to limit using high dose of only Tuth to places where I know there would be ? sexual tensions ? I live in Canada and the past couple of months have been very cold but I usually don’t spend any time outside. I am not an experience pheromone user but with dating/socializing am pretty good at holding my own. I never go to the bar alone, always with other friends that sometimes have their girlfriend/better half around as well and it is always a fun laughing time with or without pheromones. Every time I wear pheromones I am mindful to watch and notice reactions or changes and not be completely honest there has been nothing that stands out or wasn’t there before. Also my job involves interacting with client every day, on average 10 to 12 clients sits in my office on a given day. When I wear A314 { usually 3 drops }, I notice people listen more attentively, they don’t interrupt, I get complimented more about what am wearing, some I said, etc. At the moment application is usually 2 spray of Ammo to the back of each ear followed by 2 spray of Tuth to the chest and I also use a cover cologne, I have a few but my favorite are lucky number 6/cool water. The first time I tried this combination I was worried of OD but I honestly didn’t see any reaction that would suggest that, so I continue to try it. ---

Hello ahyour! Welcome to PheromoneTalk! I think you should consider mobocaster’s take, specially the one relating your age to the correct dosage of mones applications. Another thing, since most of the reported self-effects of AMMO is a boost in confidence, and you are not looking for it while using AMMO (plus the fact that you have tasted a314’s confidence boosting self-effects), AMMO self effects might be subtler for you to feel/recognize. Thus, upping AMMO dosage is indeed a good option. Regarding TUTH, the best scenario to use it solo is when you are alone with a girl who is willing to have sex with you (wife, girlfriend, or any girl whose willing to drop their panties off to welcome you), otherwise, expect no hits. Thus, when going to bar, its either best to start off with AMMO (at your sweetspot application) alone, and as you engage your target and she responds on sexual innuendos, then you’ll start to use the TUTH. AT your age, you need to at least start with the 2x strength of TUTH. And if your target are older ladies (at your age level) you need to up TUTH dosage applications. Less TUTH if your targets are young ladies. Now, since you are a mature man, why don’t you try using A314 as the base?
