Hi, I am 50 next month, i am about to complete law/political science degree and have been working as a consultant in IT. whilst not totally introverted it takes me a short while to build confidence and relax when talking or presenting. I have read about [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and their affect. I am single, but spend most of my time on campus around younger people. what would give me a boost in confidence? Thank you J ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. You could go a couple different directions. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a great all around product and it will boost your 'none levels to closer to the young guys around you. IG can make you seem younger and cooler helping you to fit in better with the young people around you. CTTM2 can help get conversations going around you. IShine can help people feel happier and as a result more talkative and outgoing when they are around you. Any or all of these can certainly help bosshank ---

Hi, Thank you for the advice. I have read some of the journals to see when /where how phero works. I am thinking of experimenting with: [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Ammo and tossing up between IG and CTTM as a better fit for Uni/work placements This pack seems to have everything UPIP oil or spray? Hello JJ1900 and welcome! I would look at the UPIP as this would be your very best choice to start with as you would get everything to try and test and at a discount. They are all in spray and this can be good because you will get more immediate results and it will be much easier to adjust things to start with. Also A314 should be a very good one for you to and may even work for you for attraction as well! I am 37 and I find with women 45+ it works wonders for me and I think with your age you will see even better than what I can get with it. The very best option I think is the kit, but I like to give a fee options so you can decide what is best for you. For you I am thinking A314 could prove to be very valuable for both work and a dating environment and would look into this. Otherwise the Boss has got it covered I think.
