Hello! I am a 23-year-old male. I live in the Cincinnati, OH area. I am curious about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) - how people use them to the best advantage, which people use which type, and how pheromones can change social interaction. In my work, I am talking to people constantly, and if I could find anything, I mean _anything,_ that could help me with dealing with customers (from the happiest to the most irate) would be an amazing blessing. I am also a bit on the shy side. Nothing socially crippling or serious, but having some sort of “edge” that could help with my confidence level, allow me to be more persuasive, or (of course) provide me with more… adult interaction - I wouldn’t know what to do with myself! I’m a huge flirt, and to have people flirt back would be super-fantastic. I look forward to learning and experimenting with you all! ---

Hey there Marshabal, Welcome to the forum. If you are shy, stay away from the -none containing products for now, like A314 and TUTH. Hello Welcome to Pherotalk. What sparked your interest in mones, How did you find out about them ? I suggest you start with Ishine and IH and perhaps some IG. Ishine is charismatic, warm upbeat and puts people in a great mood. IH is a deep communication mix that gives a feeling of closeness and connection. I would suggest skipping A314 because your shy and it can be intimadating making that worse. IG gets you the respect and feeling of safty and trust without the intimidation. I’ve been interested for years - since I read a book as a young(-er) man about arthropods and how they use pheromones as a communication medium. 🙂 So, on the recommendation of my responders, I purchased some Instant Openness, and, because I am an impulse shopper, some Ammo and A314. I think I’ll stick with the IO for a bit, see where it gets me, and then when I am (more) comfortable with it, add a bit of the Ammo and go out with my friends. Hm. When I describe myself as “shy,” the people around me most scoff and tell me I don’t know what I’m talking about. So maybe I’m not? 😃 The A314, from what I read, will be good with my coworkers. I’m thinking, though, that perhaps I should grab some Instant Honesty and some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) first… especially after reading post after post of others’ situations. I am very excited, and can’t wait to experience the difference. I’ll let y’all know what happens! 😉
