# Hello, beginner question

Hello and welcome to the forum Pete! How’d you find it? I wouldn’t use A314 for sex… it’s more for business, alpha male vibe and the like. You are right however with Turn Up The Heat, I’d try 1 spray at first as you are a bit young for it and see how that goes for a while then perhaps try 2.

Too much = less than desireable reactions.

I’d spray the pheromone first, give it a few minutes to dry, then cover it up… or just not cover it up at all. As far as where to spray, I’d probably use my chest or neck if sexual intercourse is the desired result.
