Hi all, Just signed up and cant wait to get into the world of [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), had a little look around already and can honestly say that I cannot wait to learn more and experiment. If you could give us more details on your personality traits ie shy, loud, dominant etc, who your targets will be ie women, work colleagues, friends and where you will use pheromones ie work, clubs, bars etc. Also how old are you? Hey Mackie72, No problem, I’m a bit of a mixed up one! I’m a little bit shy to start with but once I’m comfortable with someone I become more open and can be a bit of a joker. I can sometimes be a bit of a pessimist but really do believe in the ability to be able to create your own life and attract what you want/need. If I could lose the pessimism I’d probably be flying by now! lol I would be looking to use pheromones to help break the ice but to also see if it can help me attract women. I get friend zoned a lot… I mean A LOT! Always the shoulder to cry on when things go wrong. I don’t mind being that shoulder but I want to stop being alone at the end of it!! I would more than likely being using the Pheromones in everyday life, out and about. work and occasionally in bars. Really not sure where to start so any advice would be great! Welcome to Pherotalk! You don’t seem to look for a particular product. For beginners, I always recommend using the instant line products first. There are putative (P) and experimental mixes (MXs) which are for advance using. In the Instant line, you can find some multitask product such as **AMMO** , **[Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) (IG)**,\*\* Instant Honesty (IH)**,Instant Openness (IO), Instant Shine (IS),** Turn up the heat (TUTH)\*\* and **Alpha 314 (A314)**. For seducing, some works very good alone or mixed. The main product I recommend is **AMMO** wich give a confidence boost with a feeling sexy vibe which might change the reaction of people around you. It’s good for breaking the ice. With AMMO, I also like to add a spray of **Instant Shine**. This one gives the super star feeling, making you and people around very very happy. It’s like happiness in a bottle. **TUTH** Is mainly for bedroom, used for spicing things up. For work, depends on where you work, **Instant Gentlemen** can be very good. It gives a respectful vibe with a boost of confidence. Good for professional meetings. **Instant Openness** Will bring people to start conversations and speak freely, trust and feel comfortable. **A314** is the alpha man product. It does almost the same thing as Instant Gentleman but 20x stronger. It has a strong intimidating smell which bring respect around and also give you a HUGE boost of confidence. It’s very strong to be used alone but you can buffer it with a little bit of Instant Shine. **Instant Shine** is mainly a product that you can use everywhere and when you want. It’s a joker in the card deck and it can be used with almost every mix. Of course if you don’t know what to choose first, I recommend you getting to-go bottles so you can get more product for that same price of big bottles. Hi, Firstly thank you all very much for the advice, I am completely new to the whole idea of Pheromones and the advice given so far has been great. I understand that I probably didn’t give too much away info wise for anyone to really push me in one direction or another but the help I have received has been spot on.
