Welcome Apples,

The first things I am advising all newbies because am noticing they are not is to read the thread introducing newbies to mones by Steve in my thread.

If you are shy I suggest IO which is our ice breaker to ease you into conversation

IH is used in communication as well, however it is for a deeper level of communication and make ppl feel they can trust you and they tend to open up to you
