Welcome Kate,

You don’t necessarily need to talk all that much but just being in contact with these persons the pheromones will affect them

Now, I encourage you to read the thread in my signature introducing newbies to mones and it will answer a lot of questions and give you a better understanding of the pheromones

I suggest you use either [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) a or b for start.

I would lean towards is/a to stand out more

I also suggest you use shine to give of that youthful, vibrant vibe that draws others to you

IH to make others feel like they can trust you

I would lean toward Shine and is/a more but read up before you decide.
