Hi DrZoidberg, Welcome to this forum. A shy guy probably wants help opening up to people? You should get IO to help break the ice. Ishine will help you boost your mood and make you more approachable. IG will help you with self confidence and help prevent bad emotions like anger and fear of rejection. You can also add IH to establish trust and bonding with people as well as achieving deeper level of conversation. If you have other questions please ask. ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Well we are all guessing to meet women but I guess it could also be for work or to help smooth your poor grandmothers frazzled nerves lol. I am sure you have done some research and some reading so you know the basic products. IO or CTTM can certainly help with the conversations. IShine can help make people feel happy to be around you. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) will let the ladies know that you are interested. But remember, these products are not a magic formula. Just because you put them on does not mean that women will fall into your lap. You are still going to have to talk to people and interact. I have to agree with the socials and if you are very shy IO at the very least is what you need.
