I am probably like many of you here, in that I have seen the Athena ads in the back of magazines for years - but I’m really just learning about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) for the first time. I’ve been lurking here for a bit, and finally decided to register. As for a little about me - I have always been introverted, but fairly comfortable in my own skin, so I wouldn’t say that I am shy or lacking in confidence. I’m in a long term relationship, but my job requires that interact with many others in my field, both men and women alike, both domestically and internationally. So in my case, I’m looking at mones as a way to enhance both my home life and my professional life (where the occasional bit of innocent flirtation can actually help the bottom line). I hope to learn, share, contribute, and just hang out - and I’m ready to take my first serious step forward. Any suggestions or lessons learned would definitely be appreciated. P.S. - Interestingly enough, I think I might have already scored a few hits with my SO just by using a couple of discontinued consumer products that have dieone as an ingredient (Dial Magnetic + Right Guard Magnetic). On three separate occasions, directly after use, I was more or less attacked - something that never happened for me with any other hygiene product. I highly doubt those products have significant mone content, so this is either a freak coincidence, or she is just highly susceptible to dieone. If the latter, this bodes well for me as I start to get more serious about mones. ---

Hi NooGenii, Welcome to the site. I have tried a bunch of ebay crap for years as they all promise you the world and all the women you can handle ha ha. I found out other wise really quick. So I would suggest the starter pack is the way to go for you. You get everything to try for what you are looking for including the holy grail A314 in spray version. I still use Dial Magnetic on an occasion as I do like the scent. Sometimes I found it actually makes me break out and is why I use occasionally. OK I like to give some choices depending on what you think and your budget normally but this time I really think the starter pack would be the best start and economically will be in your favor. You get everything and then you can try and reorder what works best for you. For work and professional use I think IS, A314,IG, IH will be your best bets For your relationship IS, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), TUTH, and IH can help here to with communication. ---

Hi NooGenii, Welcome to the forum. Apart from what suggested, would like to stress on qualities of IS +IH +IO. IS will boost your confidence levels and make you and people near you happy. IS For your some what introverted nature. And IH will deepen bond between you too. When ever you are arround her , go with ammo and IS and IH. And before going to bed have a spray of TUTH. this will remove her last minute hesitations. For professional use A314 is best . Use it with A314, IS and io. Now as per justin I also agree that you can have a look at Introductary pack. It has all the above products at discounted rates. So its a power packed bundle . Keep posting and take care ---

Welcome NooGenii! These guys offered great advice. I’ve been using A314 regularly, and I’m liking the results from it. In business situations, I come across as the expert. I’m rarely questioned. Since you’ve been lurking the forums for a while, you might be interested in the Intro Pack. Like Justintime said, it has lots of mones to experiment with. The key is to use the right mones for the situation. For instance, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) can be used when dealing with a difficult situation, such as a tough negotiation or an unruly co-worker. A314 is great when you want to impress your supervisors or a client. Ammo is great when you’re out with your SO. Lots of possibilities. If you get the Intro Pack, make sure to ask for A314. They’ve been substituting it with another product because A314 was out of stock for a while. It’s back in stock, but shipping department might still be using the substituted product. Good luck! ---

Guys, thanks so much for the warm welcome! I appreciate all of the suggestions so far, and I must say that I’m highly encouraged by the consistency and consensus in your suggestions. It helps to clarify things for me, and brings a bit of method to the madness for a rookie like me. 🙂 Yes, at this point, it really seems like the starter pack would be the way to go as it includes everything you guys have mentioned all in one shot. Being new to this, it’s by far the most expensive first step I’ve considered, so the GC or whatever introductory offers they can help with would be very, very cool. I do have a few questions about how to specifically go about the various combinations suggested (if this is a case where I should simply search the forums, by all means please let me know). So far, for professional use, it seems like I should: 1. Start with A314 as a base/staple 2. Layer that with IS, IO, IG and IH I guess my questions for the above are: 1. Is that too much to layer at one time? 2. If not, should I be thinking about 1:1 ratios for everything above? And for romantic use, it seems like I should: 1. Start with Ammo as a primary 2. Then layer that with IS and IH as helpers 3. And finish off with TUTH if/when appropriate Again, pretty much the same questions as above: 1. Is that too much to layer at one time? 2. If not, should I be thinking about 1:1 ratios for everything above? I just found the Applications 101 thread, so I’ll probably be experimenting with those guidelines as far as placement goes. My only concern is that the scent - which I do like - might conflict with my choice of cologne(s). I’ve noticed that the UPIP Kit lists the substitute (Ammo World) while the KillerKit lists A314. BTW Conjugator, I do have a specific question for you since you list colognes in your sig. I tend to favor clean (fresh) and sweet (fruit) scents, sometimes with a citrus note. I’m actually doing a decanted blend of Yuzu by Issey, Clinique Happy for Men, CK One Summer (2015 & 2014), and Nectarine Blossom and Honey by Jo Malone. Do you think that will be enough to mask the mones for sensitive people? Or would I have to consider something heavier/muskier/spicier? -NooGenii P.S. - I guess I’ll keep using the Dial Magnetic and the Right Guard Magnetic simply because I’ll need a body wash and a deodorant anyway. Might as well be those, unless you guys think there’s going to be too much A1 in the overall mix? ---

Start with a drop or two. Most people find that two drops get them the desired reactions without any negatives. If you use too much, people might ignore you because you come across as too strong. You can use IShine and/or IH as part of your base. Avoid IO with A314. It tends to mask the CEO feel of A314. You can add IG with A314, but I don’t think that’s necessary. Either use IG or A314 as your base. If you want to use IO, IG would be a better base. Think of A314 and IG as your status mones to be used when you need the right type of status. The others are social mones to augment the status mones. (If you use A314 with IG, you might come across as stodgy and too serious.) You’ll also need to experiment with dosage on your own. For instance, one spray of IG is more than enough for me. Some men require two or more sprays. The other guys can comment on Ammo and TUTH. They have more experience with those products than I do. Altough I have tested many colognes, it is hard to predict the efficiency of given cologne, let alone a blend of different colognes. I’m not that fond of citrus colognes. I never tried most of the fragrances you have mentionned. However, I have tried L’Eau D’Issey by Miyake which I remember was too heavy on the citrus for me. You can have a look at my journal for a few colognes reviews. You’ll have to dig through the pages to find them though. They were reviewed in the order they are listed in my signature, except for TV, I yet have to write that review. To test the efficiency of a cover scent, especially if you don’t want to go for third party advice, you can use the following technique. Spray the mone of your choice on one of your wrists (number of spray that you want). Then apply the cologne next to it (I prefer not layering the cologne, personally). Allow time for drydown as colognes can be heavy on application, so does mone fragrance. With your wrist two feet away from your face, do you pick up the cologne scent or the mone fragrance? After a few minutes, repeat the test being one feet away. And a last time, after another wait period, at six inches. You should get the picture wether the cover scent is effective or wether it conflicts with the mones fragrance. It will also help you assess the quantity of cologne required to get a good cover, you understand you have to keep that reasonable also 🙂. Personnaly, I prefer to apply IH and IS elsewhere than Ammo (i.e. no layering), but that’s just me 🙂, it doesn’t mean it won’t work. Other users probably have their opinion on this. And you are right, most people are better to keep TUTH for a strategic time. As far as mones ratio are concerned, it’s trial and error at the beginning. There’s no cookbook recipe as every individual’s biochemistry is different. It will be a pleasure reading about your findings. ---

For Romantic use Ammo is the main driver you will want. Then I would try each one IS then IH. The IS will put them in a good mood and the IH will help with bonding and deep conversation. The best thing to do is start with Ammo and find your sweet spot first. I know a lot of people do this( hell I did it to) is get my package and just throw everything on and have a big mess. So I would start with the Ammo for romantic situations and find the dosage that works best solo. I didn’t catch your age? I ask this because as we get older our natural production of pheromones goes down. With Ammo I think 2 to 4 sprays you will be close to your sweet spot. I haven’t really heard of anyone going higher than this so this should be a good range to find your sweet spot. IH I know is really powerful and would start low with 1 spray. A lot of guys have had good luck with 2 sprays. Try to keep away from your nose like on your wrists so it doesn’t effect you so much. As far as layering I have only done this with the Neroli products. I haven’t tried with Ammo. The regular Ammo scent is really powerful. I can spray on my chest and put a shirt on and then put in dirty laundry and still smell my shirt a few days later. TUTH yes if a woman is comfortable with you and is ready for sex finish off with this one. Again age can be a factor. I have found 2 sprays of 1X great for me. Now depending on the woman’s age this can be a factor to. Women under 30 respond much better to lower doses than women over 30. So if your targets are under 30 I wouldn’t try over 1 spray until you can kind of gauge their reactions. Women in their early 50’s I have used 4 sprays of 1X with no problem. As far as ratios their isn’t a magic number. For the Ammo IS combo I usually use 2 sprays of Ammo to 3 sprays of IS both in 1X. I put on the Ammo first and use 1 less spray of Ammo due to the scent, but this is very general and I have got pretty good results with this. This is just what has worked for me. Dial Magnetic I not once had any issues with colognes or pheromones and the scent or anything else with the body wash clashing. ---
