Hi everybody, My name is Frost and I have been looking at [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for some time now as a possible way of gaining an edge towards attracting woman. When I was younger I was always outgoing (though a little naive) and it helped me a lot in attracting girls to me, as did my supposed good looks (I was told that I was good looking frequently). Now that I’m a grown man though… things are much different for me. Even though I’m this “great” looking guy I always watch on as my friends are the ones who get girls and I get to stay home alone and imagine how great it would be to actually get a girl. I think of one particular friend who I will call LA… He ALWAYS has extremely gorgeous girls around him and they always tell him I’m cute and stuff like that but nothing ever comes of it because they are all over him. There were four girls from our childhood that we always wanted to get with and he could easily get any of them if he wanted to. Don’t misunderstand… I sound like I hate him but I don’t, I admit that I am jealous and envious of him… he is a great friend and I have known him for 14 years. I just never realized how damn good he is at socializing and attracting other people to him until recently. This perplexes me because I know he is what they call a “natural” and I am a so called “average frustrated chump”. I have read all of these self help books on this stuff. Mystery Method, David DeAngelo. All of it. I try to apply it but I feel like a buffoon sometimes. 😕😕😕 I was NEVER the greatest at attracting woman but there was a time when things were going amazing for me. I had several woman wanting me at once… unfortunately this was in my middle school days and never since have I been the greatest at this. At the very least it can be said that I am very good at making others THINK I can attract woman. I am very arrogant and I can put up a front of being extremely confident and egotistical… imagine the show HOUSE. I am like him but in a SLIGHTLY less witty way, people like it to a point but then get angry and don’t want to talk to me again, except people who know me and tell me “I love watching you interact with others like that!” Understand something… after I got out of the military I had to move back in with my mother in Wisconsin and I’m now in college. I’m 20 years old and I don’t want to live with my mother(sorry mom!). I feel like this is my LAST chance to become the social and witty person I have always wanted to be. There are several exercises I have been doing lately to aid in it(from books like"The Popular Life" and “Double your Dating”) so I’m starting to be a little more outgoing and approachable but I’m still a little shy about starting conversations and maintaining them can be hell for me. Also, there are times when if i wanted to see a person again i wouldn’t know how to go about asking them for their number properly. I have all this knowledge from these so called gurus and dating experts but I have nothing to show for it because I’m only now learning to apply it a bit. I just need a little something extra to help me along while I progress from introvert to extrovert, which I have resolved now to do. I’m aspiring to be a bodybuilder now and I love writing as well as reading. I produce music and like to do Xtreme Card Manipulation. I am going to go to school for either Acting or Criminal Justice. Perhaps get a degree in psychology as well because it has always interested me. Either way I believe that since I’m in college now I should be hitting up great parties often and meeting woman all the time like everybody else I know. The friend I was mentioning LA has had woman stalk him and he tells me about it with disgust and I’m able to recall once thinking “damn I wish woman stalked me.” I see woman eye me up at the gym frequently due to all of the mirrors, but I can never tell if it’s because I’m a large guy or if I’m a good looking guy. I am 6’0" and I weigh 235 lbs. I don’t know what my body fat is at anymore but I believe that 18-20 percent is a fair assumption. My blood type is O and I know that because I give plasma and blood when able. I have been reading in this forum for a few months now and decided I read these posts often enough that I may as well contribute to the place. One last thing before I split, I realize there is a negative tone to this post and I’m not a total negative person. More of an optimist. It’s just that when it comes to woman with me 😃 I need help.:o Perhaps pheromones can aid me in this journey that I have undertaken??? Thanks for reading, Frost Fende ---

Hey there Frost, welcome to the forums! Wow, thanks for an amazing introduction there! Sounds like you have quite a few hobbies. I’m actually majoring in Psych right now, hoping to go into ergonomics. Any idea what field of psychology you’d be interested in? Sorry, got off on a tangent there. The answer to that last question would be yes! From everything you’ve mentioned, i would probably recommend 3 products for you: [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), Instant Honesty, and Ammo. Instant Openness creates a chatty vibe around you, making you more approachable seeming and helping to break the ice when you do start up those “out of thin air” conversations. I would temper it some with IH, though, since the conversation from this one tends more towards the fun, light side and not as meaningful. This leads me to Instant Honesty, which helps create a feeling of deep connection with the people you interact with, making them more calm and comfortable talking to you. Could be a bonus for you, if your build is intimidating to begin with. Lastly, but not least, we have Ammo. This one is a -none product (sexual) that has been well-buffered with social phero’s to prevent it from coming off as being a horndog vibe. It adds a sexual tension to your conversations and interactions, but is subtle enough that it can be worn just about anywhere. It comes premixed in a cologne coverscent of Game, which apparently smells a litte like Green Irish Tweed. Applying all three of these together (once you get the hang of each one, start off with only one product and learn what dose works best for you with that one) should get that magic touch you’re looking for. Thank you for the thoughtfully written insights you have chosen to share with us. I did not view your post as negative at all. You were just sharing how you felt about things and situations in your life, both good and bad. Ammo, [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/), Instant Openness and Instant Honesty would be great products for you to start with. Ammo will give you that sexual confidence without coming on “too strong”. Instant Gentleman will help soften that “edge” that you find yourself showing. Hi there, Welcome to the forum Nice long intorduction. I sugget AMMO and IH for you. AMMO will add the attraction. Girls will be attracted to you. It can also sexually attract girls. IH will make the girls closer o you socially. They will talk to you deeper ans they feel they have known you for long time. This will enhance relationship. Good luck ---

Hello Frost, Welcome to Pherotalk. Great intro, I think mones would be a great tool for you to use to give you the edge you need to start attracting those ladies again. You seem to already be working towards your goal and I think you will find that mones help a lot. I Suggest AMMO Ishine and IO to start with. AMMO will increase your sex appeal.
