Hi everybody I’m Josh or GT if you prefer. I just turned 23 and I live in Arizona. I’ve known about this site for quite awhile now just never got around to trying anything till now. I actually just ordered some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IO, and TUTH the other day. Wish I had seen the gift card offer earlier lol thankfully there are some others ones I want to try still. Anyway, I’m here to hopefully get some help with my introvertedness and whatnot. Now I’m not extremely introverted just a little, but I find it hard to make new friends and open up with ppl. I also have some interviews coming up. I picked up the TUTH to hopefully turn thing up with my gf. We’ve been together forever and things are getting a bit boring now. Now I was wondering about the different dosages what is the difference between say a 5mcg/spray and a 37.5mcg/spray and what do people normally recommend using? ---

Hello Josh and welcome to the forum! I think Instant Openness is good product to start with. It should open things a bit more and make conversation easier. Ammo gives you some confidence and makes you more noticeable. Leave TUTH for bedroom situations. For work and interviews androsterone based products are popular. A314 or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) are those to look for. Moko ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. I sounds like you are off to a good start. You have a nice mix of products. Ammo can be worn as a daily base. It is even work or school safe. Moko gave you some god advice with the TUTH - be cautious. If you are going to wear it out to a club or something with your girlfriend I always recommend wearing it with IO. The IO will help buffer the TUTH and make it a little “friendlier”. There is a post I am going to try to find that was really interesting about using TUTH in a “domestic” situation … I will try to remember it and send you the link. Good luck and keep us updated. ---

The quick response to your question about mcg/spray. This is the [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) concentration per spray. With many of the mones, less is more. We advice that that you test for you sweet spot whenever you start using a new product. If you find that you need a higher amount of mones to achieve the desired effect, then you can order a higher concentration per spray so that it takes less sprays to get the desired effect. ---

I don’t want to break it to you, but pheros DO NOT change you. It will not suddenly make you more outgoing and less introverted. You have to find a way to break out of the shell yourself. So, why are pheros good, esp socials? It will help others around you feel more relaxed, open and calm. You yourself - if there is any self-effect - can also feel calmer and more relaxed. I recommend you pick-up IH; it will help bring you and your gf closer. Sometimes, guys overlook the emotional intimacy they have with girls. Lacking that alone can reduce female’s high sexual desire and libido drastically. Also, try instant shine. It should put your gf, as well as many others, in a positive mood. I also recommend IO; it should make your meeting new people a bit easier. I think TUTH should help spice your love life. It is pure sexual though, haha. Good or bad? I don’t know… it all depends 😉 Also, try ammo. It will make you appear sexier, and that alone can be more of turn-on, then a direct sex-toy with no substance and intrigue. Mcg is the measurement of weight of pheros. It is equivalent to measuring ml or quarts of water. Obviously, 50 ml of water is a lot more than 5 ml of it, right? Likewise, 50mcg is a lot more phero than 5 mcg. In general, every 2.5 to 5 mcg is considered a lot: it is like adding a cup of water to your dinner. ---

Yeah I dont expect them to change me at all. I just wanted a little help out with getting others and myself to talk more and to have more of a “cool guy” type aura. It’s the initial ice breaker and really making a true “connection” with people I tend to have trouble with. All in all I’m a pretty nice and chill person but I believe we all have areas we need to improve in and those are mine. So, any edge I can get is nice. Anyway I was reading this thread [Mx297 mix respitory](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mx297-mix-respitory/39239) it looks like getting some [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) could really be useful. Also, I was thinking of getting some IS and maybe wearing that with Ammo/297 for my interviews. Though Moko was suggesting IG now I’m not sure. And thanks to everyone who replied! ---

For interviews, definitely go with either [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) or A314 combined with either Instant Honesty or Instant Shine. 🙂 ---
