# Hello everyone! Hi everyone! I’ve been lurking on this site for a few days now because I’m keen on trying out the world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/). 🙂😉 I’m 29 female and I work in a social environment and meet lots of different people everyday. I need to exude confidence at work however fatigue gets in the way and I’m afraid I don’t look the part and just become self conscious. Also, when I go out to clubs men notice me but rarely do they approach me. One man I talked to told me that I am one of the most beautiful girls BUT I look uptight and gives off that “I-can’t-be-bothered” vibe. Is there a certain pheromone that will make men come up to me and make small talk? Oh I’m also keen on ordering the instant shine. Will it be perfect for my work environment? Of course!!! That’s to answer your title question. Welcome to the forum, flygurl! As a social lubricant, mones are great to get things rolling or help keep them going. IShine, Yes, this gives me comfortable, relaxed, cool to be around vibe. I’ve also been told that I have a youthful glow about me. Now, this will be the kick off of your signature, but, YOU will have to keep it up with your attitude. Fatigue will stunt your attitude as you know, so I would suggest you focus on the WHY you’re fatigued and start trying out how to find that solution. There are several reasons for this and introducing mones, like IShine, may help initially, but, I’ve also seen that using IShine, or most mones for that matter, too often or in large quantities can also sap your energy levels. Be mindful of that, young padewan! 😉 Check this out: [Why Am I So Tired? 10 Causes of Fatigue and Fatigue Treatment Tips](http://women.webmd.com/features/why-so-tired-10-causes-fatigue) As to another mone that’ll attract others to talk to you, I’d suggest an equal dosage of IH and IO to get a similar CTTM vibe. You still have to smile and be friendly, but, once you’re over that hurtle and people know that “I-can’t-be-bothered” vibe is NOT you, they’ll gab away at ya. If you search the women’s forum, some have used with success, A314, which is in the men’s section of the AD store. With enough buffer to minimize the male vibe of that product, such as IShine, TAL or TAH, A314 can also Boost that respect signature. Good to have you along and would suggest you start up a journal in the women’s section as a women’s views, opinion, and experiences with mones are sorely sought after around here. Oh thank you 1Alpha 🙂 A journal is a great idea! I’ll start & keep one as soon as I get my hands on these mones. I am certain to get the IS (for work) and test run either Pcc, Cleo or EoW. I’m looking forward to getting hook on these things! 😃 I have one regret though.. ISa/b is out of stock. ☹ I hope I can get ahold of a bottle soon. 🙂 ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. 1Alpha gave you some good advice on products. IO & IH can drive a lot of conversation. IO helps with those intial conversations while Ih helps generate feelings of connection which often leads to deeper discussions. TAL and TAh are both “feminine” products - TAl gives off a more aggressive sexaul vibe while TAH is much less so. As far as which female [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) to use i would suggest sending a PM to Tisha23. she is a very experienced user and is always happy to help the ladies here. ---

Yay, another lady! 😃 The guys have given you awesome advice already. IS is awesome in that it gives everyone that happy-go-lucky vibe, IO and IH are also extremely effective in helping to lower walls and demolish those blocks to communication. You can order these in To Go sizes to take them for a few test runs before you commit to buying the larger quantities, if you’d like. Tisha is definitely the Phero Sorceress and she offers indispensable advice and insights into just about every aspect of phero usage you could think of. The lady is WISE. As for the products you’ve got coming to you, EoW is ridiculously effective (so exercise caution and keep it’s intended use in mind) and most of the ladies pair it with a cover scent to mask the initial musky smell. Don’t be put off by this, after dry down it’s barely noticeable and the stuff WORKS. I don’t have Cleo, but do have PCC. PCC has an undisclosed amount of copulins (EoW is concentrated copulins), and for me, anyway, was not nearly as effective as EoW. That being said, you’ll still likely get results with it, they may just not be as pronounced. Also, the scent is absolutely nothing like EoW. PCC is very light and fresh, like honeydew and cucumbers. It’s lovely and you won’t have to cover it at all. Although if you wanted to layer it, it’s light enough that other fluffy, sweet scents would work well. Anyhow, welcome! I’m still very new to this, and as Mickaelia mentioned, there are wiser ladies on the board than I. 😉 I have been testing the heck out of these pheros, though, and have seen them in action so I know they work. The other ladies tend to congregate over in the women’s section of the forum. Once you hop over there, you’ll see just a ton of posts about their experiences with the pheromones, and also questions we’ve all had that the more experienced users have answered. There are also some pretty detailed journal posts that are worth having a look at just to get an idea of what the 'mones can really do. And yes ma’am, I do wish I’d been around when [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) was available because it sounds like it would’ve been fun to play with. But there are many others that Androtics makes that are just as fun. If you’ve experimented at all with any of them, hop on over to the ladies side and tell us what happened.
