Hi everyone! I’ve got a slightly complex background. I’m an Asian male (born in Taiwan), 24 years of age, currently studying in the UK, but I’ve lived in South Africa for most of my life… yeah, pretty random 😛 I came across this forum randomly whilst googling up pheromones one night. I looked through the various posts and quickly I became curious to see if pheros really work. I bookmarked the page and went to bed. I’ve been struggling to really make friends here in the UK. I’ve always been introverted, suffer a bit of social anxiety/awkwardness does not make it easy to connect to others, but I’ve also realised that peeps here don’t want to connect easily either. So, there are hurdles on both sides. From what I’ve read, I would really like to see what ‘[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)’ would do for me (more positive energy), and I hope ‘Ammunition’ can help with the female department of things. Also, I’ve also read on the forums that Asians have naturally less pheromones. Would I have to use larger doses to feel the effect? Thank you all! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum! Based on the information you gave i think Instant shine and Ammo would be good products to start with. Shine makes you feel better and should give you positive energy like you said. Ammo makes you more noticeable and is good for attraction. Hello proxvision, Welcome to the forum. It seems AMMO is an ok place to start, but it sounds like you need some social and confidence help. IO and CTTM are great social lubricants. IO is an icebreaker that promotes chatiness and makes you seem more aproachable. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is another great product that uplifts your mood as well as the mood of the people around you. When worn with AMMO it can give you crazy confidence. AMMO, IShine, and IO was the combo I first started with and I saw great results with it. Also, take a couple minutes and check out the journal of Jayarea. He is an Asian male that is around your age. Welcome to Pherotalk Proxvision! In terms of if you need to use more pheromones has to do with more than just your ethnicity. It has to do with your age and if you are physically fit that helps a whole lot. In terms of the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) it is always better to get your dosages higher because it means you use less and won’t run out of pheromones as fast. Test it out and see how these pheromones affect you and how many sprays you need to get a desired hit. Ps. Because of your ethnicity it does not only mean that you will need higher dosages but the pheromones will affect you more Have fun with your products. Your gc was issued. 😃😃
