# Hello Everyone! Hi All, am a 42 yr old woman looking at spicing things up a little with my man. Im a bit of an introvert like my man but i would love to communicate with him more openly. Im totally new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and would really appreciate any advice! Thank you so much in advance! Btw, i live in South East Asia where the sun shines all year round, would the spray be suitable? And i’ve got rather sensitive skin, is it ok to spray directly onto my skin? Welcome Vampvel, [spray pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/spray-pheromones/) are supposed to last around 6 hrs. In my experience some years back on hot days where I’m outside a lot they seem to last half that time. I have sensitive skin as well and I never had any issues however I would suggest getting a more factual response from some of the reps here. ---

Hi vampvel and welcome! You are in the right place. I would like to hear more on how you want to spice up your life, like socially, attraction, or some other way? I would consider the **Female Wardrobe** as it would have everything you need to get started. I would start off with the [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) series and test to see what is the best fit for you and use this one as your main pheromone. I would start with IS/B and then test IS/A. I suggest the B version first because it is softer and easier to figure out I think. The other 3 are socials IShine, IO, and IH. IShine would probably be the next one I would test because it goes with everything and good for any situation. Will boost your confidence and put everyone in a good mood. IO is an ice breaker and good for meeting new people or to open them right up. Will get people very chatty. IH More of a bonding/deep vibe and good for connecting with others. Another option is if you are worried about the heat, is to either use lotion as it helps make the sprays last longer, but it may reduce the range slightly, or to look at some of the oils as they will last much longer than the sprays, but they are not as fast acting. If I were in your shoes, I probably would look at the Female Wardrobe and use a good quality lotion, and then maybe 1 of the oils so you can get a good idea of how they all work. I also created a journal for women where I test out some of the women’s pheromones to be able to help newer member just like you and the link is below in pink if you are interested. Just wondering if anyone has tried using pheromones to communicate with their children as well? As my kid grow up, he seems more and more distant and I hardly know what’s going on with him anymore. Not to pry but be good to communicate more… can anyone tell me if CTTM could help? Or IO/IH? Thanks in advance! ---

IH works very well in opening them up. so does CTTM with they will eat your head with telling school stories, some even made up. P97 works on my child well in making communication very easy between us and creating an understanding vibe. P103 also makes inhibitions go away and talk comfortably. But with this one you need to tweak in that direction by talking yourself. other wise it works just as inhibitor and letting go things from mind. Try these if you want, maybe you can come up with your own findings. Testing is the best way and do share your results. ---

I have a 12 year old daughter that can be a handful, it may be different for boys than girls so I am not sure. one that could be an option is [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/) as you will come off as life off the party and I have found for me boys and girls will see you as cool and want to hang out with you. It may be different for a woman wearing though. P74 is also another great option as well. With the female wardrobe definitely IShine will help you in this area. Then for communication yes IO and IH as well would be your best options. CTTM2 is also another good one to.
