Hello everyone, I am 18 years old, from California, and I’m interested in having a better social life and having more fun. Right now I am just in college and I’m working. I am hoping to use the pheros for dating, meeting more girls, and also something I can use at work. Basically something that will attract women and build friendships. I just recently found out about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and i seemed convinced enough to buy some “to-go” pheromones and try them out. I bought turn up the heat, instant shine, and i received instant honesty as a freebie, so far I enjoyed making business with Androtics. I would have ordered a different combination however some of the sprays were out of stock. Does any one have any recommendations on how to use there pheromones and the appropriate times to use them? Or if I can use any of these in a combination that would work to my advantage? ---

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a brilliant product, a great all rounder that will just make you shine and make people want to be around you. TUTH is very sexual though, and you are young with a naturally high phero production…Be careful you don’t go OTT with that one 🙄 Would you mind telling us a bit about yourself and your personality? It’ll help us suggest phero’s to try and what to try with the ones you already have. What are you hoping to use the phero’s for? General social situations, dating, school? ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. Shine and IH are suitable for you for social purpose. Shine is to make you in good mood and boost your confidence. IH is to make the people around you closer to you. They will talk in more personal. They will feel like knowing you for some time. Diamond is right about TUTH. It can be tricky. I suggest IG too for your work purpose. It can project you as capable and more mature man. Good luck ---

one more question since i have IH and shine, how many sprays should i use from each? i read on other threads something about spraying it on your hair, is it possible for me to do the same since i have long hair? ---

Everyone is different in how much they use…try have a look at the sticky threads in the intoductions, men AND womens sections…they have all the info you need about phero’s in general, how to use them to find your sweet spot etc Just have fun with it! 🙂 ---

Hi, welcome to the forum. As Xiphoid says, you need to test for yourself as everyone’s body chemistry is different. Test each product solo, start with a single spray. After testing for a few days, if you don’t see any reactions, go up another spray (2 sprays now) and continue until you see reactions from people. Make sure to read the link in my signature “How Do I Know if I’m Getting Hits?” Also, in the sticky threads in the Men’s section read “The Master Indicators of Interest Thread.” That way, you know how to spot reactions from these products. Yes you can use IH and Ishine in your hair. Actually long hair is better since it moves around when you move so it sort of launches the mones into the air and aids in diffusion. We lose a lot of heat from our heads as well so this also helps get the mones out there in the air. Anone products like ammo or TUTH should be used on skin though. Its easier to remove from skin and since anone is a little more sticky then the rest of the mones you can get buildup. Robbie has filled you in on how to test them and find your dosage Now to qualify for a GC for your next order just tell us about your personality and how you found us. Well I don’t really know how to explain my personality but I am a relaxed kinda guy, not really a troublemaker not really so innocent. I love meeting new people especially girls. I am pretty much a cool person to hang out it, I like to try new things. My problem is my confidence and meeting new people. Throughout high school I was really antisocial, so I am trying to become a new person. So lately I’ve been working on my confidence. I first heard of pheromones from a friend who gave me the site [smartmones.com](http://smartmones.com). Once my order came in, I saw this website on the label of the portable spray. Oh by the way I went out tonight to a party, when I used the bathroom I applied 2 sprays of instant shine, that spray worked wonders for me, suddenly I felt really confident and I was complimented by a few girls. However later on I felt as if the effect was wearing off (could have just been my imagination) so I sprayed twice more, unfortunately I started to feel a bit depressed or maybe it was all in my head. However everyone keep treating me the same as before. Is it possible that too many sprays can have a negative effect on me? And btw I don’t think Im ready for turn up the heat. ---

Lots of users have reported the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) ‘crash’. Basically, your neuro transmitters get overloaded from all the additional sensory input they are processing and get tired. It’s nothing to worry about and your system will quickly get used to it. It’s not a case of having too much on, I have used up to 10 sprays with no ill effects, Shine is one of the shortest lasting products and can last as little as 2-3 hours before re application is needed. ---

Thank you for providing more info. Yes Ishine can cause neurotranmitter overload as Diamond mentioned. It usually stops occuring as your body adjusts to it though. Try using it to the back of your head so your not effected so much. **Your GC is on its way** 😉 Tisha ---

update: my confidence has improved mostly without the help of pheromones however last night i went to a club and i used 1 spray of turn up the heat and 2 sprays of instant shine. i went home with a few phone numbers, which is very new to me. =) oh and no more crash ---

Way to go, starting to see results already 😉 You’ll be a phero junkie like the rest of us before you know it. The next stage is to start your journal and record your results in there. I’ve just re-read mine and forgot how far things have come in a few months. You will probably have ups and downs but will see the overall trend is upwards.
