Hi, Iโ€™m glenn from san jose, CA. ๐Ÿ˜ƒ Iโ€™m asian 35 years old. Iโ€™m not that athletic. But Iโ€™m slim and I go to the gym every now and then. I work in a nursing home, I was hoping to attract my workmates ๐Ÿ˜› and also to get along well with the patients. ๐Ÿ™‚ Iโ€™m excited to know about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). Hi and Welcome to the discussion on mones forum! โ€ฆ mmmโ€ฆ Pherotalk is catchier, I guess! You know, some [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is always a good product to be content and relaxed. Thatโ€™s what I get out of it when I use it. I feel calm and contented while at the same time others feel comfortable around you. The socials, as they are called, are great in any venue. If you want some respect, especially with some rowdy patients, A314 would be the I AM the MAN vibe. This is a bit intimidating, so it also depends on your personality. You can also LAYER some INSTANT SHINE on the A314 and get an ALPHA Male that is content and relaxed vibe, others are comfortable to be with. How do others see your attitude? I suggest ammo + is. This is one of the favorite combos here because it works very well. Hi Glen Welcome to Pherotalk ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I agree with CK and Ammo and Ishine are a good place to start. Ammo gives a cool sexy masculine attractive vibe Ishine is uplifting and charismatic. It works great on all ages but the elderly seem to feel really comfortable and uplifted around this one as well so it can be effective not only for attracting your co-worker but make you job a bit more easy and interesting.
