Hey everyone, My names Robbie but most people just call me Joey. Go to school in North Dakota and I play a sport but i don’t know if I should say which one so people can’t look me up lol (from what I can tell you all seem like great people but can’t be too safe). Hey there Robbie! I’m sorry about your girlfriend. Best of luck in your efforts to win her back! Like you said, mones won’t solve all your problems, but they can definitely help you. For starters, I would figure out how to have as much contact with her as possible (but make sure you respect her and don’t make her feel pressured). Next, decide which pheromones you want to use. The ones you choose depend on the effect you want. If you want to make her feel safer and more comfortable around you, for example, maybe [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) could be right for you. Couple that with some other more sexual mones, and you can have quite an effect. Seeing as I’m still learning and only really grasp some basic theories about this stuff, I would recommend getting at least one other opinion besides mine, and make sure you do LOTS of research. Thank you very much for the input 🙂 I’ve been using a combination of ammo, ig, and shine just when I’m hanging out with my friends (mostly women) and have noticed some different attitudes towards me. Would it be possible for someone to tell me how many sprays to use, I bought the starter [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) thing from androtics direct. Not sure if these really work but so far so good! ---

There is unfortunately not a “perfect” mixture, it really depends on yourself. That said, I always put a name of a famous person on the spray. The dosage is usually great at 2 sprays: 1 spray is like a airgun, 2 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is like a handgun, 3 sprays is like a machine gun, 4 sprays is a sniper, and more sprays is like shooting rockets at the girl’s heart. I also would recommend to experiment a bit with the dosages. Since you are noticing effects, it means that you are on the right track. Get a journal starting and start writing down 🙂 ---

Hi Robbie! We’re talking about an independent will here, and so yeah, we will try to help you add up something on your own natural phero to reach a favourable result. You’re still dating?
