Hi, I’m 30, female from the UK. I’ve been browsing the web looking for [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and found this site - my main goal is for something that will make me feel confident socially - I am quite a quiet person and wish I was more open + chatty. I’ve been looking at the products - do you think I should go for ‘instant shine’?. There seems so many products to chose from, I don’t know which to buy first! Hi silvery, welcome to the forum. Gotta go with ohshit’s suggestions here. I think they are right on for your goals. As Phatsounds suggests, there other products to consider as well. Hello Silvery Just wanted to clarify a booboo I made. I had a busy busy night sending out the GC’s and while doing that and other tasks at the same time and got your post confused with another member whose name is similar and whose post was right below yours at the time, sliver. I suggested AMMO which is obviously wrong because your a women. Yes even Tisha can fall off the deep end once in a while LOL. I do apologize. Now on to the correct information. I do suggest one of the [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) mixes. B gives that girly Marilynn Monroe type vibe. I also suggest the Ishine which is just great, I love the way this one makes me feel and makes people act around me. Upbeat happy warm charismatic.
