I’m planning on making my first purchase next friday, as I have almost no money for this week. I have a situation that I’d like to know what pheremones would best help me. My ex girlfriend and I have started talking again and since the break up I have been demoted to the “just friends” status. I’m still crazy about this girl, and I wanted to know what would be best to use to break the barriers between us. I was thinking Instant Openess, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and some Shine, because I get really nervous and tounge tied when I see her in person. Any other suggestions? ---

From everything I have read, it seems like a good start! I just placed my order for those items today. I would recommend picking up the TOGO sizes if you are tight on money. I just picked up [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IH, IS, IO, and IFM with 2-day shipping for $60…not to mention you should have that $15 off coupon to soften the blow. 🙂 ---

Pheromones are not miraculous; they only help bring out what’s already there. If you are wearing something that’s not congruent to yourself you can easily send a wrong message, thus hindering your position. If you wear A314 you have to be the James Bond type If you wear something like Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, and shine and yet are being deceptive you could really screw things up. My suggestion would be ammo, [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) and shine since you already had a relationship. Remember don’t expect a miracle though and try to put things into perspective like an Alpha male. You have to be the Alpha and therefore you have to evaluate the situation as if the breakup was your idea and out of the generosity of your heart you are keeping her around as a friend. Otherwise she might see you as a needy boy who is seeking her out. Alpha lions don’t go hunting; they let the females bring the food to them. Good luck and let us know how things go. Hi and welcome! I’m wondering why the heck you get tongue-tied with someone with whom you have had a relationship? Were you not together very long? Generally, if you have had something going with someone, it is pretty rare to get tongue-tied when you break up, perhaps you both had less in common than you believed? Anyway..Instant Shine is a great product for making those around you feel good, and for many users, the self-effects are great too. I hsve none, but definitely those around me are very convivial when I wear it. Instant Honesty can be dodgy to use on someone with whom you had a relationship that’s ended, as to be frank wth you, unless you want to hear very hard ( and often brutally- honest) facts, which are seldom quite what you have in mind if you are trying to bolster yourself after a break-up), then I would go very carefully here. Instant Honesty can, and DOES bring an intimacy to one on one conversations that is incomparable, but at the same time as it having the “I have NO idea why i just told her/him that” factor, it also DOES result in you hearing hard facts, you may not wish to cope with right now. I would go with IS, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Lor’s fave for men - Ammo, and if you use the Search facility, you will find a wealth of information on how to use each product, that will help you on your pheromonal journey. Lastly, bering relegated to the ridiculously-named “Friend-Zone” means bugger-all. Thank you everyone for all the great tips. We were together for about a year and were best friends for three years before that. We were always very close especially while we were together. I guess the reason I get tounge tied is because I don’t feel like we are as close anymore and sometimes I don’t feel like I know her. I will absolutely use all of the advice you all have given, thank you for making me feel welcome! I can’t wait to try out some pheremones.😃 ---
