Hi Everyone. Nice to meet you all. 🙂 I am new here. My name is John from Canada. I am a 33. I always find it difficult to communicate with / approach gals, probably cause i m sort of on the shy side… I happened to drop by a site talking about Pherlure. And then found this site while i am researching for Pherlure and [Pheromone](https://a314.com/) related products. I am totally new to Pheromone related product, and found many useful reviews and info on this site. Thank you everyone! So after some readings, it seems like many people said Pherlure is not as effective? I guess i’ll have to spend more time researching here =P Nice to meet everyone again. J ---

Hello John from Canada 😃 First of all, I would err away from Pherlure. Consensus seems to be, as you have said, that it is not effective. Probably because it is not properly dosed. So, it seems that a big thing you’d like to use [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for is to help you overcome your shyness so that you will be able to communicate and approach women. IShine may help address your shyness by giving you a confident aura that people may sense. It may also have the self effect of actually making you feel more confident. I would describe the self-effect as maybe a jovial indifference, a feeling that no matter what you do, things will go your way. To help with communication, look at IO which may make people more open to talking to you, and IH which may make people more likely to converse with you on a more intimate and _honest_ level–people will be more willing to tell you things as they are instead of fluffing or playing hide the ball. Hi John Good to have you here in Pherotalk 🙂 It is great that you found this forum while you are doing some phero research there 😃 Ok about Pherlure, well from my experience with it, it give me no results whatsoever. Anyway for your situation that i studied out, Instant Shine & [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is the answer to it as Instant Shine is a good confidence booster thus breaking down your shyness there & Instant Openness is used for easier & smoother conversation thus the icebreaker in conversations 🙂 Btw if you want attraction, try AMMO 🙂 Hope that helps. There are products to evoke all sorts of emotions and reactions. Happiness, arousal, attraction, bonding, connecting, increased communication, the list is pretty lone which is why we ask you about your personality and what is your objective for mone use. And after reading couple more posts, i think i wanna try AMMO? And if most of the gals in my networks are asian, which may not be as open minded. Do i need to add something else? to make it easier to approach? ---

I think AMMO is a good choice because its buffered and asian girls tend to not care for aggressive signals. I would also suggest Ishine or IO to increase communication and comfort. **Your GC is on its way** 😃 Thanks for providing more info for us 😉 Tisha ---

Sure 🙂 TUTH is a highly sexual mix that comes on strong and aggressive. Not something asians girld tend to like if they are brought up in a asian community. Asian americans are more accustomed to the vibe so they dont pull away from it. Its best used in one on one situations with someone who has a comfort level with you. Its not for use at work or other inapproperiate atmosphere’s You will get the best results in a sexually charged atmosphere like clubs bars parties. A314 is your Alpha trust and respect mix. Great to up your status at work or with the ladies. Bring more respect, makes you a strong presence in the room. Can be intimidating so you need to give cues that indicate it is alright to approach the Alpha. Comes in oil form and is low in anone. Regarding A314, there is one question you must consider. Are you self confident? By it’s very nature, A314 promotes an Alpha male, confident leader type of image. If you can play up to this, then all is good ( or should that be god?), if on the other hand, you don’t have the confidence to carry this, your body language etc will be at odds with your pheromone signature and the end result could well be that you are worse off than if you hadn’t worn it in the first place. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a **great** product, just that for some people it gives off too strong a signal and they cannot keep up with it. If you fall into the latter category, I would suggest [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and Instant Shine to give the friendly, cool guy image, maybe coupled with some double strength ammo to give a slight sexual edge. ---
