Hi there, just recently found your site, and can’t wait to place my first order. I have used some of “the other site” phero before with some success. I am a white 20 year old male, I live in FL, US and currently am enrolled at UCF. I am looking to use pheromones to improve my current relationship. I have a question about what social to use, Instant openness or [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) when dealing with my girlfriend of almost a year. ---

Hi jpjpjp, welcome to the forum! glad you joined us… Would be helpful if you provide us with more information about your relationship and the aspects you want to improve… a little more information about your character would be helpful, too.. for example IFM might be helpful while your GF is in the special time of the month while other pheros could improve other aspects of your relationship… like Honesty to increase rapport and meaningful conversations or Shine for a happy uplifting vibe… i think [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) would be effective for an existing relationship if you are very introverted… have fun here magnum ---

Hiya jpjpjp - Welcome the forums. You’ll find out quickly that there’s tons of helpful and intelligent people around these forums that are more than happy to help you. Of course, it always helps to be as informative as possible. Now you’ve stated that you want to improve your current relationship. What needs improvement ? Communication ? Sex ? Attraction ? How about you, jp? Tell us about yourself. What would you describe yourself as ? An outgoing party boy or shy individual ? It wont hurt to tell us abit about your g/f too 😉 And also you mentioned two phero’s here - [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) and Openness. When it comes to starting a conversation, Openness does great. It makes you seem approachable and friendly. However, if this is someone you know, Honesty does even better at making a ‘talk’ intimate. It takes a conversation and deepens it. You should keep this in mind when thinking about which phero to use on your girlfriend of a year compared to just meeting new people. Well about myself, I’m outgoing with her, but I can be quite shy around new people.You could say I am very loving, to the point that I restrain myself sometimes, because I don’t want to over do it. She is asian, and she VERY shy about just talking, especially if there is a problem, so that is why I was looking at the [social Pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/). So in are relationship, I think what really needs improvement is the communication, but I’m going to test the waters on all fronts, and going to order some Ammo and IS. Female Magic has been out for like a week, been waiting for it to restock so I could order it with the rest of my order but it is still out of stock 😕 Anyone know when they will have a new batch? ---

for general improvement of confidence AMMO+IS is a good choice, AMMO also is a bit sexual (contains none), it will also attract other ladys… As alternative you could check [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) which also gives confidence but without the sexual vibe. (Higher doses of none are not that good with asians, so you would have to use little ammo or maybe better gentleman) The advantage of ammo over Gentleman is that it also contains alpha-androstenol, its the best alround product here… Instant Openness is great to get people talking more, it mainly contains apha-androstenol while instant honesty does increase more quality over quantity of talking (its mainly beta-androstenol)… maybe combining both would be a good start. My vote would have to be [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). I think Shine works great for self effects and drawing people to you, but if your girlfriend as a problem that she has trouble speaking to you about, Instant honesty has a tendency ( atleast for me ) to let guards down - especially for those we know on more personal levels.
