Hi everybody! My name is Alex. I am 22 year old guy , currently living in Greece. I found this site by searching around the Internet for pheromones after a newspaper article got me intrigued. I found some sites around, most of them containing references and recommendations(mostly to Pherlure) and was about to buy some stuff, but fortunately I found this forum. The wealth of information here is astonishingly helpful and I was glad i followed the link that led me here . The most important thing for me here is the feeling of the community: many people here trying/experimenting things i want to try to and sharing/helping others. My strength was always the brains, but unfortunately smart people aren’t usually the guys to get lots of girls, or maybe its just me. Anyway, I only had about 4-5 worth\_mentioning\_relationships and some one-night-stands here and there(hey i said smart, not geeky, although i find it scary that i usually understand the science-related stuff the guys on “The Big Bang Theory” are talking about :o). I am very shy and usually prefer hiding my feelings instead of showing them. That said, I am terrible at starting conversations, but if someone talks to me I am as friendly as it gets. Furthermore, hiding my feelings means low risk/low benefit: I have a lower chance of being hurt/rejected, but also a lower chance of getting a girl(for relationship or one-night-stand), because guys always have to make the first move towards a girl and I also think sometimes people think i am “cold”. 😠🙂 I would classify me as average-looking in general: blue-eyes, dark hair and excersized, but I always had a thing against fashion-victims that led me to the opposite side, aka not paying enough attention to what I wear. Since i am still not convinced that clothes make such a huge difference…(after all, clothes don’t matter since the purpose is to _take them off_), …but my friends seem to think otherwise …(Especially shoes. I don’t get it. I mean c’mon!!! Why pay attention to shoes - except high heels ofc 😛)… I would like your views on this matter 😃. I am not sure what I am going to accomplish with pheromones and if they work. A friend of mine told me they worked for him (but he is very good-looking and all that so he would get girls anyway). So i started searching around the internet for information, and this forum hit the spot. Got me convinced to at least try it out and see for myself. Obviously i don’t expect miracles(I read tisha’s post about what to expect and what not to expect). What I need is a little more confidence(by now most of you must have picked up that I have a rather low self-esteem) and even the effect of “something holding you back”(like a Pheromone doing it’s…😕 whatever it is they do 😛). Since I am newbie at pheromones, I will not be touching mixes yet. As for what i am hoping from pheromones, I want mostly something that attracts attentions and encourages people to come talk to me. That said, after reading/searching around the forums i decided to go for: 1. Instant Shine , Instant Honesty, Instant Openess (all 3 of them) As I understand it these make people more chatty towards you and attract attention. 2. Turn up the Heat To “spice” things up. I think i will test this last since its a strong pheromone. 3. Ammo (1.5) + A314 All-rounders. I chose Ammo 1.5 because I read somewhere on the forum that it contains an Instant-?? (can’t recall right now). A314 also seems popular so I will give it a try. 4. [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) Haven’t read much about it so not sure what it does, i just included it since a to-go bottle is cheap -\> for testing purposes. I am thinking of getting to-go bottles for everything, except ammo which has no to-go bottle so a full bottle of that. One thing i noticed is that there are different dosages of pheromones. The general consensus seems that I should go for the lowest dosages since I am new. Any advice on this? Any other thoughts are welcome and please post them 🙂. Hi there, Welcome to the forum. I suggest you try Shine, Io and AMMO. Shine will give you the confidence needed. It can also lift your mood and the mood of the people around you. Since you are not that good in conversation, IO will help you in making girls want to talk to you. It will open up the girls and you will enjoy more conversation. AMMO will add the attraction. It makes girls attracted to you, It gives you sexual attraction too. For your age it is beeter to use AMMO compare to TUTH as AMMO is well buffered. Good luck ---

Hello and Welcome 🙂 Nice introduction! To answer your question, girls really like it when guys dress nice. I love it when guys dress artsy (no tight pants though). You got some good choices up there. You said you want more confidence right? I would definitely suggest Instant Shine as it will do just that. It’s also a sort of a mood booster and helps brighten things up for you and thoughs around you. [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty are both great for creating smooth conversations. Are you looking for more deep conversations or just a lot of chatter? A lot of people seem to prefer Instant Honesty over Instant Openness, because it creates more meaningful conversation that will help you grow a deeper connection with the person you are talking to. As far as dosages go I would always suggest you start off with when spray and work your way up each day. This will allow you to find the proper amount that works for you or in other words “your sweet spot”. Also play around with application points to see what works best. Any more questions? Hello alex and welcome to the forum. Looks like you do understand the science stuff from what you are looking for in pheros. I would make some changes along the lines of what JB told you: Go with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) (much more versatile than TUTH overall), A314, IO and Shine. Ammo is much more versatile than the TUTH. Also IFM is currently not available but check on that in the store. There is a thread in my signature block that talks about combining Ammo and A314. Thank you all for your replies 🙂 @jamesbonded: So I should go with social pheros and not use TUTH for the time being. (To be honest, i would like to see what happens if i use too much TUTH, but on second thought i 'd rather not) @Maromi Hmm, looks like I should start experimenting with clothing as well then. 😃 @bosshank I am interested in the scientific part as well. I have researched how and why pheros work, but have yet to find a specific answer. Will read the post about Ammo+A314 combined @AlexanderG -I am in Athens(Capital of Greece). -Will do! 😉 🙂 ---

Its one thing to like a certain style of dress on a guy but its another to judge their worth by it. Women have complained of this for centuries when men do this but we do it as well. Its just human nature for some I guess. My take… As long as your clean and well kept that’s what matters. Money or clothes don’t impress me Girls who judge on the clothes you wear are shallow anyways so consider it a blessing they are not interested. 😃 Great product choices although keep in mind what TUTH is for and use it accordingly. **Your GC is on its way** See you in the forum Tisha Hostess/Guide ---

Hi all again, i had a very lengthy exams month and now that i am done, i am back and ready to test some pheros. Just placed my order and can’t wait for it to arrive! Hope local customs don’t delay it much or charge me loads of $$. 😕
