Hi my name is Kwan Kim. I’m 18 years old living in Delray Beach, Florida. I found this website when I was researching information about pheromones after I found a brand advertisement in a magazine. I heard pheromones can have a seducing / attracting affect from the opposite sex. I’m curious to know more. I’m about 5’11" and I have a tendency to get shy around people I’ve never met or around large groups of people. When I go to parties with my friends, I have a tendency to shy away from new people and have difficulty starting new conversations. Hopefully, the pheromones I’m about to try will help me overcome these problems and make me more active socially. I have a few questions regarding on the differences between the pheromones: 1. For people of my age, which one would be more effective in attracting females? Ammunition or Turn up the Heat? 2. What are the effects of mixing [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and A314? I’m a noobie to the world of pheromones. Thank you for your responses! ---

Welcome to the forums! I think you got the wrong discussion board, but somebody will probably move you pretty soon. If you want to attract females, confidence is pretty good. Instant Openness can get people talking… not necessarily talking to you, but throw in some [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) and you’ll give off a cool, confident vibe as well. Ammunition is good as a cologne kind of thing. It smells good, and will get you compliments on that. Turn Up The Heat is really best saved for the most appropriate moment… for what you said, I’d say Ammunition is a better bet. ---

Hi, Welcome to the forum. Good Intro. If I had to make a recommendation I would recomend AMMO, Instant shine, and IO. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and shine together are great for confidence, and IO will aid in making convo easier for you and the people around you. Hit up the search funtion and the stickies in the front of the Mens’ forum.There is alot of good info in there. Again Welcome ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. [Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can help you in your interactions with people. The key idea is help you not do it for you. To get a realistic idea of that pheros can do or not do read the first thread in my signature block. I would recommend Ammo over TUTH for you. It is just a lot more versatile product. Not to say there is anything wrong with TUTH but its uses tend to be a little more limiting. A314 gives off a strong alpha leader vibe. But it cn be strong enough that it sometimes pushes people away. I often pair it with IH as IH helps create feelings of connection. You still have the alpha thing going on but peolple feel more connected to you and are more likely to talk with you. IO will give you the talking part. Hope this helps … ---

Hi Kwan, I see you have some great suggestions here. And yes, Ammo, or other social or ‘instant’ products would suit you best at this point in my opinion. This is why its best used with those who have a comfort zone with you. AMMO on the other hand is arousing but also has pull to it. Its attracts as well. > [@](#): > > 1. It can evoke some distancing and outgoing men have a easier time with it then shy ones. This is not to say a shy man should never use it but you need to make more effort when wearing it.
