Welcome Vijay.

Miko and James have given you some great tips to get started. They know their stuff so be sure to take notes 🙂

The one thing I would add, if you have not already, have a good read of [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168) - this will explain a lot.

Also, check out the “to go” sample section of the smartmones website. Its a great way to try all the popular products.
