Hello my name is Mark, I’m 21 and from chicago. I am a manager at a small supermarket and work with mostly females. I am generally quiet, usually I am not the one to make the first move unless I am really comfortable with the female or if i know she is interested in me. Hey mark welcome to the board man, if I were you I would take a look at instant oppennes and ammo. Instant open helps make conversations seem to flow easier, but u still will need to initiate them. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is an attraction phero with a light cologne smell. Read up on those two give em a try and let us know how it works. Welcome Mark! Instant Openness helps get people to open up more and be more chatty and many people use it for self effects of helping them get over social anxiety. Sounds like this may help you out a bit. I can also say from personal experience (as well as hundreds of threads about it) that A314 is amazing when it comes to boosting self confidence. sweet, how would alpha a314 and instant openness for work sound and alpha a314 and TUTH for going out at night to a club or bar? ---

Sounds like it would work well. IH would also pair up well with A314. But I highly recommend trying out A314 by itself for a few days to gauge how it effects you and those around you and this will help you get a better understanding of it works. Don’t overdo it on the TUTH. Again, it’s something that will take practice and many trials to figure out your “sweetspot” of how much TUTH is good for you. Pheros take a while to understand and get the hang of, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t see immediate effects or what you were hoping to see from them. You won’t be getting molested like an Axe commercial and most effects will be subtle. After some practice and fine tuning of your observational skills you will figure out how to pickup on what a [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/) “hit” is. ---

how do you think a314 by itself would work at the workplace? also for night time a314 and tuth? i want to try these two items before buying anymore to get a feel for how they work ---

I think A314 would be fine by itself for the workplace. I personally haven’t used TUTH and A314 by themselves in a club, but I have used the two in combination with other pheromones and the results were AMAZING. Again just to clarify, I was using other pheromones in combination with A314 and TUTH. It’s in my journal if you want to check it out (link in signature). There was a recent post in the Men’s forum about A314 and TUTH ([A314 and TUTH report](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/a314-and-tuth-report/34040)) and a quick search will bring up many others. If you are looking for something to go good with A314 I would recommend IH if you are looking for a long term relationship, IO for increasing basic rapport with others, and TUTH if you want to try to get a little sexuality in the mix. Just be aware that A314 and TUTH used together without any buffers (social pheromones) may be a bit too aggressive for younger women. I could see this resulting in women being too intimidated to approach you. ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Yo! To attract females at work I suggest instant gentleman. While wearing this product you will be able to get the respect you want while being approachable because you seem like that dependable guy. You will also attract the ladies eye because you will be giving off that smooth, suave guy vibe. It is a great product to wear at work for attraction and for respect.
