I’m new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), however after surfing these forums I put in my first order for TUTH, IO, and Alpha A314. Does anyone have any advice for a good mix or maybe something I’m missing? I’m young and am considered to be good-looking so I wasn’t sure if I needed the IShine because of my budget… Any advice would be much appreciated. 🙂 ---

Hi Sillykitty, I am usually an outgoing sort of guy. I’m not usually shy to talk to anyone unless its a large group of people or maybe a really attractive girl. I want use the pheros to catch attention, gain confidence to talk to the really attractive females, and make it easier to transition to the sexual aspect of a relationship. ---

This is a new world for me. I am a woman who just turned 50 and am back in the dating world again. Any help for middle aged woman to attract middle aged men (while not stimulating sexual attraction from lesbian co-workers), would be greatly appreciated!! Thank J ---

Those are good products too, though you may want to soften the A314 with IO if using it for social purposes, to make you more approachable. But at first, you don’t want to mix them until you “learn” them each, individually. Hi xtcox, welcome to pherotalk 🙂 I am falcos, and if you have any other question I will glad to awnser. I will stand by sillykitty advice. I think it is the best one. Although with your products, you will also have good success, you just have to learn to control them and also try to be more open when you do so. I also would advise trying to meeting people outside your normal ambience so you it will make it easier for you to be more open and difrent. And therefore you becoming more open and different with the group of people you usally attend to. The advice of mones I really cant find nothing to add to what sillykitty said, she has already provided you with the best awnser 🙂 ---

Welcome! I love A314. By far my favorite [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/). You will notice big changes in your self confidence, and you may get extra attention from some women. It’s best to try each pheromone out one at a time to better understand how each works before combining them. But the ones you picked would go nicely together if you did decide to use them together. I suggest you search the Men’s forum for some advice on how to apply them. ---
