New guy on the block here, I just came across this website yesterday and it’s by far my best find in years. I’m a 30 year old male from sunny California I’m a naturally shy person at heart socially and in business which is not good especially doing sales. I’m doing research on what would work best in a professional environment something that will help my introvertedness if thats a word. Also i’m looking for a blend to use in social situations while at bars or hanging with friends. Despite being shy I have a very active social life and again a mix that helps bring out my true personality would help. Thx all for reading. ---

Hey there rdolly! Great to have you around and welcome to the mone forum! Sunny california, huh… I’m in SoCal and its in the mid 60’s, yeah, it’s brutal weather! 😃 Introvertedness, yes, there is a correct word in there…🙂 To get you started, I’d say get some IG. I get a calm, cool, easy to approach vibe with this. You can also get some IO with that, using it as an Ice breaker for opening up convo’s. For a more social mone, that also boosts confidence, like a confidence in your on skin, confidence. Others will sense that sexual confidence of AMMO and find it attractive! So, in a nutshell: IG - Collected, Cool guy, Antonio Banderas vibe. IO - Open up conversations easily AMMO - Sexually attractive and confident vibe. Let us know if I answered your questions! Welcome to Pherotalk Rdolly! A314 will be great for your situation however since you are shy it’s a good idea to work up to it by getting IG as Alpha suggested. If you are shy then A314 will not work the way it suppose to. Instant openness is gonna make it easier for you to break the ice with persons and conversation will flow so much easier with this on. Hello and welcome to the forum. If you are looking for a sales and social world combo then I would recommend A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). There is a thread in my signature block that talks that combo. a potentially very powerful combo. The trick to using it is that you will have to move outside your comfort zone and be more outgoing - both professionally and personally. Not “in your face” outgoing but certainly willing to initiate conversations. This is what we call “congruence” - there is a thread started by Renny that discusses this idea at length. What congruence refers to is behaving like the signal the pheros are giving off. That is important because your behavior and words will over-ride the signal of the pheros just about every time. So you can wear the A314/Ammo combo which says “I am _the_ man. A sexy man at that” but if you act like a wallflower, then they will react to the wallflower. But if you speak up … well then you are living up to the signal you are giving off and all is good in the universe. ---
