Fortunately you picked up a bottle of IO which is great for introverts. I am similar to you - very quiet and like my private time. I found that IO is not a miracle cure, you still need the guts to speak up. It’ll give you the feeling that something is swelling up in your throat begging to come out. An introduction will be on the tip of your tongue. Hell I even asked a random girl if she wanted help fixing her bike one evening on the way home from work. My point is, IO does not bring people flocking to talk to you. It helps, but the other 50% is that IO makes you want to engage in conversation as well. Don’t just spray yourself with IO and sit there waiting, use it in combination with yourself.
