_Hi, I’m Alex and I am new to pheromones and new to the site. I am a 54 year old white male, with a few extra pounds to lose and I’m about to make my first pheromone purchase. \* So as the years went by, I would read and find more and more [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) hitting the market. \* I taught myself some seductions skills, lost some weight and then I found you guys. Here I am looking to get somewhere good and really works pheromones. I_\*'m looking to attract some females into my life and was hoping that you guys and gals could make some suggestions. Hello Alex, Welcome to Pherotalk !! Pheros cant do everything for you but they can complement your efforts. Its good to see that you have apparently taken the time for a detailed self evaluation and also taken corrective measures. In your case, you would need some heavy androestenone content for sexual attractant. I would suggest two products primarily: **Heavy AMMO a.k.a ammunition for men double strength** (this has sufficient none to complement the reduced none production of your body at your age). Start with 1 spray and move upwards slowly. see the reactions and stay at the level where you get best results. Its a general attractant and is well buffered with two other mones for office use. you can use it everywhere. **Also I suggest Instant Shine**. Its a feel good phero. but it also gives a youthfull vibe. so people arround you feels good and subconsiously associate that good feeling to you so essentially we make them enjoy our company and subconsiously long for more 😉 once you have got the dates..(roped in the female) you can also try bringing in **[Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)** which is excellent for bonding. Makes people feel as if they have know you for long. (rememebr it works both ways so be prepared to feel the same towards the other person too while wearing it). its not a love potion so dont use too much else you would find yourself in best friend zone. just a spray or two can take you miles ahead in the getting closer to woman game 🙂 last: **TUTH** once you are down with a few dates and want to escalate things.. you can replace AMMO with TUTH to escalate the sexual vibe. the difference in AMMO AND TUTH is between SEXY & SEXUAL ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Alex - you are just a few years older than I am so a lot of what I have done would probably work well for you. Try reading the threads in my signature block about A314, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IG. They should give you some good ideas. IG can help make you seem a little younger if that would help. A314 and Ammo together are a powerful combination. Double strength Ammo may not be a bad idea but experiment a little and do not go overboard. IH is one of my favorite products. It helps generate feelings of connection and hence often leads to deeper discussions. I tend to use it more than IO or IShine. Please ask any questions - we are happy to help. ---

Hi Alex - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Good advice above and as a guy in his late 40s, I’ll second the thinking that you should go for the 2x/Heavy Ammo or TUTH - Our none output falls as we age and guys our age can make good use of far higher none doses than younger guys. It is also the case that women in our age range are much more comfortable with and responsive to higher none and lower social doses. Try an A314/TUTH mix - very high status and unashamed sexuality mix that goes down very well with women of mid 30s and above. 🙂 ---
