Hi, I am a female college student from the northeast, I am 19 and I would just like a little social boost. I’m a commuter and sometimes I’m a little shy and this semester I am determined to be more outgoing. I hope this can be one littlething that will help me. What is the best suggestion for everday on campus? ---

Hi there, Thats definitely a good resolution that you have.As long as you want to be outgoing,you will definitely become outgoing after a while.Can understand the being shy,i was pretty shy in high school and only broke out of my shell in college.[Pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) will be able to give you a helping push though to make it easier for yourself(^\_^) For everyday use on campus and since your shy,would probably recommend instant shine and instant openness.The instant shine will put you and the people around you in a good mood and the instant openness will make you and them more chatty.As you can tell,happy and chatty friends makes for pretty good conversation as long as you talk as well(^_^)Could also consider some instant sexiness to attract the boys outside college if you feel like it.All the best and dont hesitate to ask if you have any questions.Good luck and hope your new semester will be a good one(^_^) ---

Hello Mandy and welcome to the forum. If you are looking to be a little more outgoing then I agree with the IO. It will definitely help you get those conversations going. It can be so effective for me (I am very outgoing) that the chattiness it pulls up can drive me crazy sometimes. Another idea would be IShine - this product helps people feel happy to be around you. The IS/b that was mentioned is perfect if you want to try to get a romance going with a guy you meet using the IO and IShine. Hopefully one of the ladies will ocme by and give you her ideas too just to get a feminine perspective. Goodluck and let us know what you decide to do. ---

Welcome Mandy, I would agree with both Bosshank and looifookmeng, new semester new goals and objectives and the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) like Instant Shine and Instant Openness work perfectly in the social environment like college. Pheromones affect others as well as yourself and i have found that wearing the social mones near my nose (like neck, behind the ears etc) intensifies the self effects and makes me definitely more sociable and less inhibited.
