Hello all. My name is Steven, I’m a 20 year old male going to college in Ohio. I’m curious to what [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) can do for my social life as well as finding a girlfriend. My personality is quite unique. I’m shy and backwards, self conscious, and always worried what people think of me. It may have been diagnosed as an introverted personality. From what I read, pheromones can’t make my social life happen, I have to get out there and make it happen. But I’m hoping that some of the instant products can make doing that a heck of a lot easier. I look forward to your recommendations and trying out the mones and seeing what they can do. ---

Hello Steven and welcome to Pherotalk. You’ve found the [best pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) community around. Pheromones aren’t magic, but they can help break down barriers and give you a boost of confidence. It’s not going to make women sleep with you, it will make you more approachable and the rest is up to you. Normally for new users it’s best to keep it as simple as possible. With your shy self conscious personality, you may benefit from something like P75 at 2mcg. I recently started using it for it’s self effects. It really makes me feel less self conscious and it tones down that inner self talk. Don’t know how it works, but I love it. Now for the simple stuff. Start with Ammo and IS. Ammo will give you a sexual vibe letting the ladies know you are definitely interested. IS is a simple yet brilliant mone that will put you and those around you in a great mood. It makes you a much more approachable person from my experience. If you have the money, look into IO and IH. They are on the expensive side but well worth it. Hey there, Brainy… 🙂 Welcome to the mone forum. My suggestion would be to start out with IShine and IO. I love the IShine mood enhancing effect and the bump in self confidence with it. The IO would get others to bubble forth with convo’s and if you get self effects, then, you’ll have a similar inclination. That should help you out with shyness. Personally, I’d suggest these two products for you to use. Welcome Steven, Yes it is about time and you do need to get out there and make things happen. IO is our ice breaker it will ease you into conversation Shine has great self effects. You will give of a youthful, vibrant vibe and everyone will love to be around you Ammunition gives that confidence boast and also a strong , sexual vibe letting the ladies know you are interested. Please read the thread in my signature by Steve introducing you to mones and you may want to purchase the Newbie kit to use each product and test esp along the way when you are ready for some.
